Peaceful Tahoe getaway at Schaffer's Mill

This beautiful mountain home is a perfect Tahoe getaway for family and friends! It is centrally located in Martis Camp Valley a few minutes from Truckee and Northstar, Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe within 15 minutes away.

This spacious and inviting 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse is over 3000 sq ft, overlooks the golf course and has amazing views of Northstar! There are two separate living areas for your family to relax, perfect for a movie night or a dedicated kids area.

The townhouse is three floors. The main floor consists of an open concept kitchen and living area, great for entertaining while cooking with a fully equipped kitchen. The main living area offers plenty of seating and natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy gas fireplace.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor. There is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a luxurious stand up shower next to a gorgeous free standing bathtub. There is also a small desk.

Downstairs you will find the laundry room, bonus room with wet bar, a common bathroom along with a kids’ bedroom (queen and twin) and finally the 3rd bedroom with a king size bed. This is a perfect area for the kids to hang out, watch a movie, play games or read a book. In the bedroom closet, there is a fold up desk and chair. There is also outdoor access with a fire pit perfect for stargazing and roasting s’mores.

Beautiful Tahoe Getaway!

We have stayed at this property twice during ski season and it's amazing. Always spotless and the layout of the space is great! Beautiful mountain views and the owner is very responsive to all of our needs. Very close to Northstar ski resort, I highly recommend.

Beautiful home in gorgeous tranquil setting

We had an amazing weekend and we were very comfortable in this beautiful home. The Schaffers Mill development is very nice, great location. House was super clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. Lots of room to entertain. Owner is very responsive and organized. I would definitely go back.

The home is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. We had SO much snow and it was just incredible. Easy to get to northstar and very easy to get to the clubhouse, and very close to downtown truckee. Can’t wait to stay again! We had a power outage and the owners were very quick to help us figure out what to do.

The house was a perfect place for our group to hang out after golf each day. Amenities were terrific and house was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Way better than staying in a hotel and just about the same price per night per person. Look forward to staying there again.

What a beautiful home with gorgeous views

The property was immaculate, new, and had plenty of space for us to spread out (kids downstairs and adults upstairs). Communication with the owners was easy and they added a nice touch of fresh flowers and a little snack bowl and note for us. Would definitely stay here again.
