Great location and views. Close to the attractions that we wanted plus we added a couple last minute attractions, like whale watching and Macintosh Brook falls. The skyline trail is a most, what views! Sunsets are gorgeous there

Lovely location. Property welcoming. Owners friendly. Area fantastic with lots of traveling to see the sites. Two restaurants, one gift shop and one very expensive general store. Towns over 30 minutes away. Will come again for a wonderful quiet vacation.

Property right on the Cabot Trail. Convenient if you are planning on doing a few hikes over a few days. Bring your groceries with you - not much around. Beautiful views from the property. We could not hike down due to physical limitations. The bedrooms are small. For my husband and I the bed in the “larger” bedroom was too soft. Loads of CDs there if you like. I enjoyed the coffee table books greatly!

We received detailed instructions a few days ahead on how to get into the property and as soon as we walked in, we noticed it was beautiful, VERY clean, and had lots of thoughtful details that made it feel cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and we wished we were staying more than one night to enjoy the porch and outside area/ view more.We would definitely stay here again

If you're planning to drive the Cabot Trail over two days instead of rushing through it in one, I highly recommend spending the night at the Flip Flop Villa in Pleasant Bay.The villa is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we loved the beachy feel. The views from inside are beautiful, and the outdoor space is just as impressive. The property is well maintained, with a lovely deck for coffee, a firepit, and a private path that follows a small waterfall down to the water. Very peaceful and the sunset really was spectacular :-)

It’s a cute Flip Flop theme cottage with an great view and access to the water and a wonderful spot to watch the Sunset! It was clean, well stocked, with lots of different spaces to relax. I would definitely stay there again!

Super nice and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our inquiries. We were a bit worried about proximity to the road, but it was surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Sunsets and sunrises were magnificent! Loved our stay!
