A very pleasant, south-facing home of 100 m², recently built with high-end amenities; it has everything you need for an excellent stay.

The house is located 10 minutes from the Avignon Sud highway exit.
This lovely single-story home features:
A beautiful, air-conditioned 58 m² living area, including a fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle).

The living area also includes a dining room with a large table and 6 chairs.

The living room features a corner sofa, two small coffee tables, and a large flat-screen TV.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bright bedrooms with mosquito nets.
- Two bedrooms with 160/200 beds and built-in closets, and one bedroom with an 180/200 bed.
- One bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. Towel warmer.
- 1 separate toilet

The entire house opens onto the 450m² private garden, which includes:
1 large stone patio with 1 table and 6 chairs
1 Weber charcoal grill
- 1 offset umbrella
- 1 relaxation area with a coffee table and 2 outdoor armchairs
- 1 sunbathing area with 4 lounge chairs.
1 pool measuring 6 m x 3 m, with a depth of 1.45 m. The pool can be heated depending on the weather.

The villa is in a quiet location, accompanied by the sound of cicadas in the summer; this recently built villa will welcome you with great pleasure.
An ideal getaway in the heart of Provence in the charming village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, with a population of 3,400 (a stronghold of the Félibrige movement with its Provençal poets, rich in history)

Cleaning fee: 100€ to be paid by check or cash upon arrival at the house. Refunded if the property is in perfect condition.
A security deposit check in the amount of 800€ will be required upon arrival.
Minimum one-week reservation.
