Hello and thank you for your interest in Point Ann Place. I am Iowa born and raised and love the beautiful northeast corner of the state. I purchased this property to offer hospitality to families and friends so they can gather together and explore all there is to offer: the Mississippi River, trout streams, hiking, fishing, etc. The previous home owners were outstanding stewards of the property, operating it as The Stauer House Bed and Breakkfast the past 17 years. My goal is to continue their tradition, offering caring and attentive hospitality as a whole house rental.

This property offers accommodations for many types of gatherings: families, friends, quilters, outdoor enthusiasts, girls weekends, special occasions, and more.

There is an accessible main floor bedroom and bathroom which does not require any stairs from the rear parking, through entrance, and down short hallway to the bedroom.
