Très beau séjour au bord de la mer

Très bel appartement avec une très bele vue sur la mer Méditerranée. La propriétaire est à votre écoute. Par contre l’agence qui s’occupe de l’arrivée et du départ est complètement invisible et très limitée dans son accueil.

Super appartement à Antibes-Juan les pins

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Janne. Tout a été parfait! Le logement est conforme au descriptif, il est bien équipé, lumineux et décoré avec soin. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons particulièment apprecié la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la piscine, nous y avons pris l'essentiel de nos repas et nos apéros. La climatisation est un atout non négligeable, compte tenu des températures élevées que nous avons rencontrées. La résidence est propre et securisée, et possède une belle et grande piscine. La situation géographique est idéale, proche de tous commerces, dont un grand supermarché en bas de la résidence. La plage se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds. Enfin la propriétaire est charmante, elle a pris de nos nouvelles à plusieurs reprises, avant pendant et après notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

My wife and I recently enjoyed three weeks at Antibes les Pins residence. The air-conditioned apartment was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed, and we especially liked the views overlooking the pool area and the Mediterranean. Set within well-maintained gardens, the apartment complex is secure and also provides undercover parking. From the apartment we could easily walk along the beach to the small town of Juan les Pins which has a wide range of restaurants and shops. The ladies of Apport Temps, who look after the apartment, were always very helpful and gave us good advice on local amenities. Within the apartment complex is a small supermarket for daily shopping, and just over the street is a traditional boulangerie. A very regular bus services passes by the apartment complex which provides easy low cost public transport into Antibes, and more distant locations including Nice and Cannes. We would welcome staying at the apartment again at some point in the future. Stuart.

Great flat in the perfect location

The flat is the perfect size for a couple or a small family, or even a person travelling alone. It's up-to-date, well-kept and has all the facilities necessary. The surroundings are both gorgeous, quiet and yet have everything you need, including a nice selection of restaurants, a big supermarket, beauty salons, a gym, hair dressers, clothing shops and so on. The beach is only a short walk away, through the lovely Exflora park. In the evening, Juan-les-Pins is within walking distance if one would like to check out the restaurants or nightlife there. The bus to/from the airport stops right outside the building and so do the buses to Cannes and Antibes. This is truly an oasis in the perfect location for those wanting sea and sun, shopping, sighseeing, culture and a relaxing holiday with every opportunity for rock&roll if and when needed! I'll be back!

Good prospects for 2016!

We have stayed in this apartment each year, starting in 2006. It is still a great experience and we already look forward to the last 2 weeks of September in 2016. An ideal place to be, with all facilities and and luxury we need. We can surely recommend this place to everybody who loves the Mediterranean and especially the Cote d'Azur.

"This is a very nice flat...

"This is a very nice flat with a fantastic view from the balcony. Sitting on the balcony you can let your eyes rest on the Mediterranean sea and the park Exflora. We have stayed in this flat twice, and we love the short distance to the sea were we enjoy our morning bath, the possibility to by fresh bread – and whatever we need of food - on our way home for breakfast. The flat is well equipped, and the possibility to make your own food is good. But it is also different restaurants in a short walk from the flat. Another important benefit is the private parking in the basement. Both the owner and her helper is very helpful and nice, and we look forward to rent this flat again."

"For the second time, we had an excellent stay in this beautiful appartment. Everything is kept well, clean and comfortable. All necessary demands are within short reach such as super-market, fresh bakery, seaview exotic park, restaurants and busstop. And perhaps the most important thing; the mediterenean sea is on a 5 minutes walking distance. On the day of arrival we had a haerty welcome by Mrs. Michele B who is very friendly and helpfull in explaining things. We certainly intend to make a reservation for next year. Thanks again......"

"Notre séjour a été des plus agréables et l'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce. D'autre part la qualité de l'acceuil sur place est sans aucun doute un plus indéniable à la location. Concernant la propreté et la qualité des équipements tout est impécable.Si un seul bémol était à mettre en avant ce serait l'absence de climation qui peut s'averer enneyeux en cas de forte chaleur. "Sono appena rientrato da...

"Sono appena rientrato da una settimana di vacanze a Juan Les Pins dove ho affittato questo stupendo appartamentino. Una vacanza accompagnata da un sole spettacolare e una temperatura piacevolissima, sopratutto per me che vivo in Norvegia da molti anni. Arrivato in aereoporto a Nizza avevo la possibilita' di utilizzare un autobus di linea che da Nizza collega a Cannes (linea numero 200) in circa 50 minuti, o prendere un taxi per 20 minuti. La propietaria mi aveva informato della possibilita' di utilizzare un trasporto privato che utilizzavo per l'occasione. L'appartamento e' situato in un palazzo di 5 piani, molto signorile con un'ampia area privata a cui si accede anche alla bellissima piscina. Esiste anche un parcheggio privato al piano interrato. Arrivato trovavo ad attendermi la Signora responsabile dell'appartamento che mi mostrava tutte le comodita' disponibili dell'appartamento assolutamente moderno, estremamente pulito ed in ordine. Sono rimasto molto contento della sua estrema gentilezza e disponibilita'. Trovavo ad accogliermi un ampio soggiorno con un comodo divano che ho utilizzato un paio di giorni come comodo divano letto. La cucina molto pratica e seminascosta in un angolo con due fuochi elettrici, un forno a microonde, una lavatrice e lavapiatti integrati. Tutto nuovissimo incluso un frigo sufficientemente grande e separato dalla cucina. Piatti, bicchieri, posate, coltelleria e tazze nuove e in numero piu che sufficiente per 4 persone. Piu una serie di pentole ed attrezzi vari per la cucina che rendono la preparazione delle pietanze semplice e veloce. Il balcone dal quinto piano offre una vista spettacolare e si affaccia su un bellissimo orto botanico alle spalle delle piscina interna, con il mare che copre il resto del panorama molto pittoresco. Sia il soggiorno che la camera da letto hanno una porta di accesso a vetri sul balcone. Il tavolo in cucina e quello sul balcone sono molto pratici e delle giuste dimensioni. In modo particolare ci e' piaciuta la estrema tranquillita' del posto, la generale sicurezza per i bimbi che possono giocare nell'enorme parco recintato, e a bordo piscina, la vicinanaza di bar e ristoranti e centri commerciali. Sia Juan les Pins che Golf Juan sono abbastanza vicini. In circa 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge una delle tante spiaggie attrazzate di Juan Les pins. Sicurament da ritornarci quanto prima."

"From the moment we booke...

"From the moment we booked, the owner, although in Norway, was very obliging and ensured that our stay was going to be problem free. We were welcomed by a very pleasant lady that spoke good broken English whom then gave us the keys and told/showed us all that we needed to know both in the apartment and around it. It is worth noting that although the bus stop is known locally as Parc Exflora it is actually signed as Eucalyptus (do not miss it and give yourself a 2 mile walk back with cases etc...like us!!). We found the apartment to be very clean and spacious for us (2 adults and 2 children 12 & 15). The view is beautiful although not SW facing, more S SE we feel, which is great because the sun is off the balcony by lunchtime which helps to keep the room a little cooler due to no air-con although the fan is adequate. During our stay it was peaceful and there was no unruly noise or behaviour from other residents. The pool area was not crowded although more sunbeds would help at weekends. The local supermarket (2-3 mins walk) was reasonably priced and stocked most items. Generally the area is quiet and the 5 minute walk to the sandy beach is pleasant. A further 10 minute walk to the right was Golfe Juan with a good selection of restaurants around the harbour... though little else, but a left turn takes you along a narrow and busy road to Juan les Pins (approx. 20 minutes walk)... Here the streets, bars and restaurants are buzzing all day long... its a nice atmosphere even with the children (no drunkeness or bad behaviour....just nice people and very nice cars!!) We did not hire a car, we relied on the local bus or the very good train service. Overall we had wonderful weather and enjoyed our stay...Thank-you"

"Le logement était conforme en partie à la description. Pb de traduction sur le sujet de la climatisation. Logement très bien situé,les commerces sont à proximité, plage à proximité sans avoir à prendre le véhicule. très bon acceuil et disponibilité de la personne en charge de l'appartent sur le lieu de vacances."
