Villa Avec Hammam, Jacuzzi, Piscine et Ascenseur sur 2000m2 de Jardin Paysagé

Architect's villa of 350m2 ideally located on the heights of Prades le Lez, 15 minutes by car from the centre of Montpellier and 30 minutes from the beaches. Less than 15 minutes by car, you can appreciate the Pic Saint Loup with its many wine estates and its magnificent hikes.

The villa is fully air-conditioned (living room, bedrooms, pool house) and benefits from a home automation system to manage all the equipment (shutters, music, lighting, garage, terrace...)

Outside, you will enjoy a kitchen area equipped with a plancha, a pizza oven and a brazier to enjoy barbecue evenings.
You will have shaded areas including a table that can accommodate 10/12 people as well as a lounge area.

Around the pool, a 2-seater bed will welcome you as well as Fatboy beanbags from which you can enjoy the dominant view of the hill, all without any opposite. At nightfall, you will discover an impressive sunset.
The lounge area also has a table football to perform at your best...
In the pool house you can enjoy the hammam and jacuzzi in complete privacy. You will also find a weight training/sports area.

The garden is fully landscaped, designed and tastefully equipped. Everything has been thought out to enjoy the outdoors, in particular with a petanque court and a children's area for the little ones (trampoline, playground)

The house is fully fenced and secured. The swimming pool has a submerged safety cover as well as a heat pump.

Additional Information:
3 discreet cats remain on site (only in the garden). They are autonomous and the food is managed by a vending machine programmed for the day.

A maintenance man will go to the site once a week to maintain the swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam...

A gardener will come every 15 days to carry out the maintenance of the garden.

A homebook will be given to you via a tablet to give you the information related to your stay. Possibility to make a Visio call to discover the volumes and configuration of the accommodation, on request
