On the ground floor of our 4-star villa, we offer for rent an F3 type accommodation, with a total area of 100 m2. It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size bed (160x200) as well as a comfortable sofa bed (BZ of 160x200) in the living room.<br>In the shade of the lychee or installed on the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy with family or friends a quiet environment, but close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, greengrocer, pharmacy).<br>After your excursions, cool off in the natural stone swimming pool, heated during the winter period or enjoy the barbecue.<br>The rental is ideally located between the sea and the mountains, in the west, the sunniest coast of the island.<br>The Bassin Bleu golf course is 5 minutes away, the magnificent Boucan Canot beach and the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains are 10 minutes away by car, and the Hermitage lagoon is 15 minutes away.<br>You will find various professionals for your water activities (scuba diving, dolphin safari, sunset cruise, whale watching trip...)<br>For those who love excursions, the rental is close to many hiking trails (the Maïdo, the Grand Bénare, the cirque of Mafate...)<br>The house is fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, household linen).<br>You will have access to the internet, as well as a smart TV.<br>The owners will be happy to advise you in the best possible way and are at your disposal during your stay<br>As the rental is located in a residential area, we favour calm, rest and relaxation.
