Bright apartment, open-plan living room opening onto a balcony offering an unobstructed view, equipped with a convertible sofa bed in 140, a coffee table, a TV, a table and 4 chairs.
Open and functional fully equipped kitchen, kettle, oven, toaster, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and a washing machine.
On the bedroom side, you will find a mansard bedroom (velux) not closed upstairs, with a 140 bed and plenty of storage. Bright and cosy for restful nights.
Bathroom with WC entirely renovated and perfectly equipped.
External balcony facing due south! Equipped with deckchair, table and four chairs.
Storage in the entrance completes this property as well as beach equipment such as rackets, a bucket, a spade and an armchair!
