Charming holiday home, located in the small and picturesque village of Huisnes-Sur-Mer in Normandy, 7 kms away from Mont Saint Michel (shuttle departure).
The house is an ideal starting point to visit our beautiful region and the incomparable Mont Saint Michel.
At Pontorson (9 km away), you will find all the local amenities, shops, markets.
For swimming enthusiasts, there are numerous beaches within a radius of 13 to 20 kms, in the communes of St Jean Le Thomas, Champeaux, Carolles, Cherrueix, Jullouville,…
Ideal house for stays with family and friends, or for couples or families looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, located near the main tourist destinations of the region. Modern comfort and quietness assured.
The ground flour of the house consists of a cosy and comfortable living room with a fireplace, a large living room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and a garden, a kitchen, a scullery and a bathroom/toilet.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet:
A large bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a storage space, a cot for a baby or small child. The room has a view on Mont Saint Michel.
A small bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a storage space. The room has a view on Mont Saint Michel.
A bedroom with two 80 cm beds, storage space. The room has a view on the village and the church tower.
For people with reduced mobility, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed.
Equipment :
Washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine and kettle, toaster, clothes line, television, barbecue. A detailed inventory is available in the house.
Bed linen, cleaning and laundry services are included in the rental price.
