The property
The house is designed to accommodate 8 people across 4 bedrooms and is located 6 minutes from Magouëro Beach and 5 minutes from the town centre and its amenities.
Two terraces (south and west-facing) enhance the ground floor, which includes a living area with TV, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and one bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
Upstairs, there is 1 bathroom with a separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 cm beds and 1 with a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed), and 1 TV in one of the bedrooms.
Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue are available for your use, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
You can easily park 5 cars in the garden’s driveways.
Plouhinec (56), located on the banks of the Ria d’Etel, 15 minutes from Port-Louis, 20 minutes from Lorient, 25 minutes from Carnac or the Quiberon Peninsula, and 40 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan.
