In a quiet location, on the 3ᔉ floor with lift, it comprises a lovely bright living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days, two beautiful bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
It also has a secure underground garage with 1 parking space.

PARFAIT !!!!! L'appartement est grand, propres, suréquipé et tres bien agencé ( les 2 espaces nuit sont séparés par le lieu de vie). Il est trÚs lumineux et trÚs silencieux. La place de parking est un réel atout en centre ville. L'appartement est idealement situé à proximité du centre ville. Toutes les formalités sont détaillées, claires, precises et facilitées. L'Audacieux "Super sĂ©jour merci 🙏 🙂 L’emplacement est vraiment parfait pour profiter de vannes Ă  pied, et sinon plutĂŽt centralisĂ© pour pouvoir visiter en voiture les alentours. La propretĂ© de l’appartement et sa fonctionnalitĂ© sont impeccable. Les Ă©quipements pour cuisiner sont complets vraiment il ne manque rien. La literie est trĂšs confortable, les draps sont propres et agrĂ©able. Les deux salles de bains disponibles dans l’appartement un vrai plus. Le balcon sur toutes la longueur trĂšs agrĂ©able pour manger ou boire sont cafĂ©. Le parking privĂ© pour la voiture un vrai avantage Ă©galement 🙁 L’appartement n’étant pas climatisĂ©, on nous a fourni un ventilateur oscillant pour la piĂšce principale ce qui est apprĂ©ciable. Mais en plein Ă©tĂ© il serait bien d’en fournir pour chaque chambre Ă©galement."

AprĂšs appel Ă  l'agence, il nous a Ă©tĂ© confirmĂ© que la demande avait bien Ă©tĂ© prise mais pas suivi d'effet, et lĂ  on nous demande de faire nos lits avec les draps Ă  disposition dans les armoires (pas de format adaptĂ©) !!!!!
