Complete chef's kitchen features stainless appliances and marble island. The upper level has TV area, workspace, loft bed area, and sunny ocean-view deck. Up another stairs to upper balcony overlooking Ballona Lagoon and San Gabriel and Santa Monica Mountains. Three-level living affords separation, quiet, and privacy. Bi-weekly cleaning service included in price.

Beautiful Marina peninsula

I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The entire process from booking to checking in/out was seamless. The hosts were very responsive and handled any issues promptly. The unit is spacious and in a great location with great views and a quick walk to the beach. It is also within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Venice canals & boardwalk. The neighborhood is also quiet and very family friendly. I stayed here for a month and would definitely stay here again.

We appreciate the glowing review. This family were 5-star guests and we hope they return next year. As always, communications are key. Coordinating the weekly cleaning service was a breeze. And when the kitchen sink backed up - stuff happens over the course of a monthlong stay - they called the plumber even before they notified us. Very grateful.

Beach house

House and location are great. Unfortunately, homeless situation at nearby Venice Beach is encroaching and affecting lifestyle of the community. However, the complex, location and neighbors are all excellent.

Agree completely with our guest about the homeless situation in Venice, which became worse on the streets after homeless encampments on Venice Beach boardwalk were cleared this summer. Affordable housing initiatives now underway will hopefully benefit the entire community.
