Perfect place for a small family!

My wife and 2 young children absolutely loved this apartment! It is completely true to the listing and is in a great location in Salisbury Beach. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach which is only a few steps away. Sarah and Jim were the perfect owners, as they were always readily available to help, but let us enjoy the vacation as we pleased. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Location!

Clean, sleek condo just steps to the beach. All the conveniences of home with fully equipped full sized kitchen appliances. Sarah was readily available and quick to respond to any questions

Great time @ Salisbury Beach!

This property was fabulous! We rented both units - downstairs and upstairs - so we could be close to our n' laws and their children. Both units were immaculately clean, high-quality appliances, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with dishes, pots, linens, beach chairs, grill, comfortable patio furniture, and everything else we needed. The landlords were very responsive and so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Spot

This property is laid out so well, it is extremely comfortable. Getting to the beach is very easy and they provide you with lovely beach chairs and an umbrella. Having the washer and dryer is helpful as well. It is very nice to have designated parking, as parking at the beach can be tricky! The kitchen is great and has all the tools you need. Be aware there is no food stuff, so bring your oil, seasonings, and coffee etc. Sarah and Jim are absolutely lovely and make all the instructions on how to use things very clear. We loved our stay!

Great Family Getaway

My family and I, like many others, have not traveled anywhere during the pandemic. We really wanted a place on the beach so we can enjoy being outside the whole time. This place is just steps from the ocean and easy for us to put all the kids stuff in a wagon and head over. The apartment was clean, had all essential materials, the ocean steps away, and Sarah and Jim were fantastic. We were interrupted with the hurricane and Sarah was extremely responsive to help us. We felt so welcomed during our stay. Thanks to these great hosts for a great stay!

Nice little place on the beach.

Our family of four had a good time here. The property was described accurately. Owners were helpful and communicative. The only slight downside was the ceiling is thin and noise from the apartment upstairs could be intrusive.

This ground floor apartment is one of three family units in a historical vacation cottage of middle Salisbury Beach deeded by the Salisbury Beach Association in 1916 before Salisbury became a public beach. It is conveniently located oceanside, with private gated access to one of Massachusetts' top family beaches. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018-19 in contemporary, cool tones - compact, but beautifully appointed for comfort and leisure for up to four people.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, but can be combined with an upper floor cottage directly above to accommodate families or groups of up to eight people (8) during the summer months, comfortably providing 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 laundry sets. The units are connected by gated, exterior passageway making it possible for extended families or friends to find the perfect balance of quality time together without sacrificing space or privacy. **Please note that while the property is oceanside, neither unit has water views.
