Weekend away

Nice owners, nice place indoors. The place is up to date, fully remodeled and super clean. Giant tv. Really close to the beach. Would rent from them again. While the condo is great, the area immediately around the condo isn’t as great. There is a karaoke bar on the first floor of the building (70’s rock). You pass several “performers” on your way to the entrance to the upstairs units, which is off an unpaved alley that isn’t very welcoming. I’m sure it will improve as the overall area improves. Busy street, lots of loud traffic, but it was the very beginning of Spring Break, so maybe not always like that. Super nice owners, very clean and up to date condo.

Blue Garden City Condo

Nicely decorated and very clean. Some evenings were very noisy with the bar next door. Could have used a window or two but overall very comfortable for what we needed.

imagine a smoke filled room over the too of a dive bar with all the luxuries of a trash filled alley to the three block walk to the beach after we were supposed to have beachfront
