Not terrible for the cost

The place was in a great location, you can look off the balcony and see the ocean. You’re only about a block from the beach. But things that could some attention would be the bed, chairs on balcony were a little rough, needs some tlc here and there. The bed squeaked a lot so if you’re a light sleeper it will wake u up every time you move or roll over. All in all it wasn’t a horrible stay

Excellent Rental!

I am so happy that we chose this condo for our vacation rental. The condo is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated nicely. The hostess added so many thoughtful, personal touches. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Toiletries, paper products, a fully stocked kitchen, a Roku (we actually travel with ours)….truly-this list goes on and on. If you forget anything, it will be stocked and waiting for you in this condo. The location is excellent. Right across from the pier and within walking distance for food and public beach access. There’s a pool on the premises and it is clean. We didn’t encounter any rowdy, drunken teenagers at this location. It was a peaceful, family oriented spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return to Laura’s place!

Great Stay & Close to the Beach!

The property is very clean and well stocked. The items stocked are listed on a card that's located on the fridge (very convenient). No need to bring any towels (bath and beach are provided) as are plenty of dishes, cookware and coffee! The building that the condo is in, is an older one. However, the room is well maintained. The main street (State Rd S 26-244) does flood during high tide, so be aware. I would not advise driving through it in a low clearance vehicle. We were driving a Ford Fusion and it got pretty hairy :) Overall this condo is clean, well stocked and will provide easy access to the beach (< 5min walk) and to the Garden City Pier. That said, keep in mind that this also brings with it a lot of commotion and activities from others on vacation...but you'll have this at any property in this specific area.

Uncomfortable and a scam

It was outdated and the couch/linens were very dirty. Dust everywhere. There are small signs all over the condo reminding that there is a cleaning fee if you make a mess, leave some food, forget to leave the pass, smoke, etc. We did everything by the book and we got a cleaning fee assigned to us because there was sand in the condo. It's a beach condo! Not relaxing, icky and they have a side scam of issuing a "cleaning fee" for any small item. I have pics, we left the place in great shape. They probably had to vacuum all of 10 minutes. Never again.

The property and unit was very easily accessible. The unit was so nice and the weather was perfect. The owner was so nice and she communicated well. I had a couple questions and she answered them immediately. She was very helpful and I plan to stay here again. I would recommend 100/10.

Ideal Location

This place was perfect as far as location goes. We were able to fish, crab, beach, swim, eat and shop all within walking distance. We made friends with other renters/tenants and we enjoyed the band from the bar next door. Everything we needed was close. The VRBO listing states there are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen and a fold out. There is definitely only 1 bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch and a very small cot probably only ok for a toddler. 4 people was a squeeze here but everything else was so perfect we didn't even mind - it was like a family sleep over. :-)

This is our first time using VRBO and we stayed in three places on this vacation and we were pleasantly surprised how nice and stocked all three were,basically just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Our host Laura was in constant contact with us to make sure all was well from start to finish at this location
