The property and unit was very easily accessible. The unit was so nice and the weather was perfect. The owner was so nice and she communicated well. I had a couple questions and she answered them immediately. She was very helpful and I plan to stay here again. I would recommend 100/10.

This is our first time using VRBO and we stayed in three places on this vacation and we were pleasantly surprised how nice and stocked all three were,basically just bring your toothbrush and clothes. Our host Laura was in constant contact with us to make sure all was well from start to finish at this location

This was our second stay at Laura's place. We liked it the first time, we love love loved it this time! New mattress, new paint, tile, celing fans, just a relaxing calm beachy vibe, with all the needed amenities. Walking distance to the beach, the bars, the shops, just PERFECT. We would give 10 stars if we could😊

Ideal Location

This place was perfect as far as location goes. We were able to fish, crab, beach, swim, eat and shop all within walking distance. We made friends with other renters/tenants and we enjoyed the band from the bar next door. Everything we needed was close. The VRBO listing states there are 2 bedrooms and each has a queen and a fold out. There is definitely only 1 bedroom and a queen sized fold out couch and a very small cot probably only ok for a toddler. 4 people was a squeeze here but everything else was so perfect we didn't even mind - it was like a family sleep over. :-)

Heaven

4th time we have rented from Laura, why try any other listing in Garden City when you have already found everything you need in Laura's place. This time I traveled with my 84 year old Mom instead of my husband, and Laura helped us with renting a golf cart to make things even easier for Mom. Everything is walking distance, but a bit much fior Mom. Love my favorite home away from home, and will definitely stay again soon!

Not terrible for the cost

The place was in a great location, you can look off the balcony and see the ocean. You’re only about a block from the beach. But things that could some attention would be the bed, chairs on balcony were a little rough, needs some tlc here and there. The bed squeaked a lot so if you’re a light sleeper it will wake u up every time you move or roll over. All in all it wasn’t a horrible stay

After spending a week at a friends house in Murrells Inlet, I needed some privacy and decided to look for a place in the area for a quick stay. This cozy condo 2 blocks off the beach fit the bill! The unit was clean and supplied just about everything I needed other than my clothes and some food to put in the full size fridge, and there’s a small grocery across the street. Although its not a beach facing space (you can see the beach from the terrace) it provided enough privacy to be quiet, yet walking to the Garden City Pier was minutes away. I highly recommend the space and will be booking it again. Thanks!

Excellent Rental!

I am so happy that we chose this condo for our vacation rental. The condo is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated nicely. The hostess added so many thoughtful, personal touches. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Toiletries, paper products, a fully stocked kitchen, a Roku (we actually travel with ours)….truly-this list goes on and on. If you forget anything, it will be stocked and waiting for you in this condo. The location is excellent. Right across from the pier and within walking distance for food and public beach access. There’s a pool on the premises and it is clean. We didn’t encounter any rowdy, drunken teenagers at this location. It was a peaceful, family oriented spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return to Laura’s place!

Uncomfortable and a scam

It was outdated and the couch/linens were very dirty. Dust everywhere. There are small signs all over the condo reminding that there is a cleaning fee if you make a mess, leave some food, forget to leave the pass, smoke, etc. We did everything by the book and we got a cleaning fee assigned to us because there was sand in the condo. It's a beach condo! Not relaxing, icky and they have a side scam of issuing a "cleaning fee" for any small item. I have pics, we left the place in great shape. They probably had to vacuum all of 10 minutes. Never again.
