Our condo is located in the heart of Garden City, Murrells Inlet, a true beach town! Leave your keys at the condo as there are local eateries, bars and grills, family friendly beach and the famous Garden City Fishing Pier. After a day a the beach, relax by the pool right outside the Unit!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is only one parking pass per booking as only one vehicle is allowed to park on the premises. We are not able to accommodate trailers.
When coming from the beach, please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower area by the pool before entering the condo. Please put trash in dumpster.
Please put used sheets and towels in the hamper. Do not put the comforter or mattress cover in the hamper. Remove all food items upon departure.

My husband Tim and I started hosting with a property we owned in Wilmington, NC in 2017 while living in Pennsylvania. In 2019 we sold our property in Wilmington and bought our first hosting home in Garden City (Murrells Inlet). We had our first guest within 5 days and have been hosting ever since. This property has two rentals, a 3 bedroom home upstairs - The Breezy Weezy and a studio (seperate entrance) downstairs - Seas The Day. Tim and I decided to leave Pennsylvania as our kids are grown and make our forever SC home in July 2021. While looking for something closer to the beach we could host with, we found this condo at Garden City Guest House, Weekend at Weezy's. One week after closing, we were fortunate enough to host a lovely couple for three months at this property while they were finding their SC forever home. Our condo is now available for your beach getaway.

We love the area and only live 3 miles away. When you are at the condo, you truly feel like you are at the beach.

A true beach vacation where you can leave your car in the parking lot and walk to everything you need. For golf cart rentals, there is a place right across the street..so convenient!
