Walking distance to all Garden City has to offer including pier fishing, surf fishing and inlet fishing only a block away. Exclusive golf resorts only a couple miles away. Tanning by the seashore with easy beach accesses, close shopping at Tanger Outlets, or cute boutiques close by. Pier and close by bars offer live music and karaoke.

Master bedroom offers direct access to a furnished private balcony overlooking the marsh with beautiful sunsets, stocked kitchen and ample living room with sleeper sofa and smart TVs in living room and bedroom. perfect little beach condo!

this condo was perfect for a July 4th holiday at the beach. walking distance of the beach, pier and local bars/restaurants. nice pool and hot tub at the condo complex. room was well appointed with all you could possibly need.

Guys weekend

Had my best friend fly in town from Ohio so we grabbed this place to be closer to the beach. Eric was wonderful with communication on everything. The condo is in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants and night life.

Condo was updated, clean and ready for use when we arrived. Helpfulness and Communication from owner was excellent. Garden City Bar and grill is next door for live music. Everything is within walking distance.
