ONE OCEAN PLACE is an ocean front condominium with on site access to the beach and direct ocean views. Seasonal rentals, April through November are weekly rentals with arrivals Saturdays and departures Saturdays. Winter Months rental options month to month - --December, January, February, March - Please request from us in messenger the Monthly Rates for Winter Rentals.

The unit is furnished with 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and 51 inch TV in Master Bedroom. FREE WIFI available in unit. King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom updated with oversized custom tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed and access to adjoining bath Queen sleep sofa in Living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I booked this condo for a week to bring my mother back to the beach after her cancer treatment last year, along with two other family members, and we really enjoyed the stay! This was the nicest condo we have stayed at and loved the views and how bright and new everything looked. The location is great and it's quick to get to the Garden City pier either by car or a walk on the beach. A tropical storm from Hurricane Helene hit us late in the week, but it didn't last long and we were able to enjoy our last day and a half regardless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here in the same unit. It is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you open the door the view is amazing. It’s always spotless. It was 5 of us women, plenty of space very comfortable. We hope to be back next year.

When we frequently visited this area each summer we fell in love with the beach and the condo. The view left us breathless! We have family that live in the area and we have been visiting for the past several years. We knew we will always return year after year and wanted place of our own. We live in Massachusetts and can not enjoy it all year-round. Decided we would rent so others could enjoy the beautiful beach and wonderful area. We have had many enjoyable memories while in Myrtle Beach and many more to come!

Why they chose this property

The ocean view is amazing. Step into the unit and see the ocean immediately as you open the door from the ceiling to the floor. Feels like you are out on a cruise ship. All you see is ocean. BEAUTIFUL VIEW ! Enjoy 2 pools and jacuzzi. Kids can play in ocean water while you sit on beach and relax. Can also find quiet times and spots for those that want to relax, be alone and kid-free.

What makes this property unique

This area is quieter and more family oriented. Enjoy being close to all the area attractions yet in the quieter section. Enjoy a beach right out side your door, minutes from fishing on either Garden City Pier or Surfside Pier. Quick ride and you are at Murrells Inlet can enjoy dining, night vendors and entertainment. (awesome 4th of July fireworks) You can head down HWY 17, many restaurants to choose from and get any food your are in the mood for. (Or stay in and relax, cook your own and enjoy on the balcony looking at the ocean) Drive to Broadway at the Beach (kids favorite) for shopping, food, fun, speed boat ride...never boring. Plenty of places to Golf or shop all you want. Oh and don't forget the Pelican's Baseball.
