This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom newly updated January 2024 oceanfront condo is situated on the 11th floor of One Ocean Place . One Ocean Place is Garden City's Premier Luxury Condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach throughout. The living room is equipped with a coffee bar with reverse osmosis filtered water, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and in unit WIFI. The living room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and a king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a large walk in shower and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom with adjoining bath has 1 twin bed, 1 full/twin bunk bed and HD Roku Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit.
Included are two beachfront chairs with umbrella from Memorial Day-Labor Day (subject to availability for the 2026 season), two ocean front pools and hot tubs on a raised deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, twenty four hour security and covered parking.
Garden City is just 10 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and easily accessible to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions including golf, shopping, dining, amusement parks and shows.

This is an exceptional property! Absolutely stunning ocean views, contemporary style. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The hosts communicated everything to make access easy. Close to what Murrells Inlet offers. I have rented many places and this property is at the top of my list.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable and had the best beach view all day long! Safe parking and easy access to the beach and pools. The hosts were extremely accommodating when we needed to reschedule. Lots of great food and restaurants nearby, we enjoyed dinner at the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk every night. Would definitely return as well as recommend to friends.

A lovely home in a gorgeous area! The communication from the hosts was top tier! Had a good selection of pots and pans and utensils (I’d recommend adding tongs!). The second bedroom could get quite loud, as it’s right near the elevator and the street noise carries. Also there was string fully across the balcony that you can’t really notice from listing photos. It’s intended to keep birds away (which makes total sense), but it does detract from the view/balcony experience a bit. We still enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean!

Secure gated parking with coded access to the beautiful beach. Swift elevators. Used Uber to easily go to dinner nightly within 10-15 minutes. Excellent communications with Host. Highly Recommend!

We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for over 50 years, staying from Cherry Grove to Murrell's Inlet, and this is our new favorite. From the cleanliness to the quality of the linens, it was fantastic. Little things, like the balcony doors moving easily and quietly with secure handles, and locks that actually worked made the stay so much better. New appliances that performed very well including the HVAC system, comfortable furniture and beds, and a great overall facility rounded out our exceptional vacation. We look forward to staying in this unit again!

The condo was very nice.

There were a few things that caught our attention. The lack of a towel rack in the small bathroom. There was a message that there had been an easy fix by housekeeper but I didn't see it. There were also crumbs in the fridge and scum in the corners of the small shower floor. Like I said, nothing major

Hard to leave

We walked in and was amazed at the view of the ocean and beach. The condo was very fresh and clean. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The owner gave very good instructions from parking and entering the condo to access to the beach and pool. We liked it was quiet. It was also easy to get to places from there. We would definitely stay there again. It was hard to leave. We felt spoiled.

Short Garden City getaway

Other than a little confusion with the new security system in the parking deck and access gates, everything was absolutely stunning. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions. I love being so close to the Conch Cafe. As I used to live in Murrells Inlet, it was a nice return to my old stomping grounds. I highly recommend Inlet yoga for a bit of a yen experience.

Beautiful home!

The property was clean and absolutely beautiful! The furnishings were lovely and comfortable. You feel safe with the key code entry into the parking lot. The weather was a little cool so we weren't able to make use of the pool but did use the hot tub.The owners were great at communication and easy to deal with. Great experience all around. First time Garden City

Condo is just as pictured really nice with updated bathrooms with stand up showers and nice appliances in the kitchen. Very clean and the condo building is well maintained. View of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows gorgeous. Location is very good with many restaurants nearby on Murrell’s Inlet. Beach is wide and great for long walks. Owners were very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
