Breathtaking Views Oceanfront 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo Water's Edge Resort Garden City

Thank you! I'm glad you had a good vacation and would recommend others to stay in our condo.

It was a pleasure hosting for you! Please return for another vacation, and thank you so much for taking the time to leave a 10/10 review!

Wow, thank you so much for the review and the acknowledgement! This means a lot to us, as we do try to keep the condo stocked with many conveniences for guests. We're so glad you enjoyed your vacation and hope you return soon!

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave an excellent review. It truly helps others to make the decision to choose us for their vacations as well. Thank you for being great guests, and we would love to have you back in the future!

Thank you very much for the positive review! I love hearing that guests enjoy their vacations and want to return! Have a great rest of your summer.

We truly appreciate this fabulous review and would love to have you back! Thank you!

I'm disappointed you felt the need to rate us poorly for the tv issue when there are so many wonderful things about our condo and location to enjoy while on vacation. Our welcome guide explains how to use the cable with the tvs, and I even got the first available appointment from Spectrum when you first reported a problem. As far as the size of the bedrooms, they are exactly as shown in photos, with no changes or special fish eye lenses. I can only assume you looked at the photos before booking. I'm sorry we weren't a good fit for you.

Thank you very much for leaving this wonderful review!

Your kind 5 star review is very much appreciated! Thank you for letting others know what they can expect when renting our condo. Cleanliness and hospitality are priorities to help make vacations enjoyable for our guests. The views and beach walks to the pier are our favorites as well! I hope you can return again soon!

Thank you for choosing us for your vacation spot and for taking the time to leave a great rating!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a wonderful review and for being great guests! Please come back in the near future now that all amenities are back open.

Thank you for being our guests. Girls trips are so much fun, and I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you, I hope you can return for another vacation!

Thank you so much for trusting us as your vacation space/hosts and for leaving a wonderful 5 star review! The top of the list is definitely where we want to be! I'm so glad we could supply everything you were looking for and when needed on short notice. I hope you can return in the future!

Thank you so much for trusting us with your vacation and for taking the time to leave a great review! I look forward to hearing from you again in the future.

Thanks so much for choosing us for your family vacation and for leaving a 5 star review! We hope you can return in the future.

Thank you so much for giving us a 5 star review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to let others know what to expect when they book with us. Our housekeeper is a blessing to have and does a great job. We try to keep the condo supplied with items to make a vacation easy and enjoyable for everyone. I hope you can return to visit again!

Thankfully, the construction was completed and amenities opened up on July 1st for our lower level, including the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, our oceanfront deck, and beach access. It's unfortunate that it didn't open on the previous date as expected, to be open during your stay. It's frustrating for guests, but also for owners when those things are out of our control, we keep in touch with our guests with updates, reduce our prices, and it then results in less than 5 stars in a review. I appreciate you booking and expect that the generous refund and neighborhood resort pool option helped during your stay. I hope you can come back in the future and enjoy all of the deck-level amenities that our resort has to offer, and thank you for letting others know what they can expect in cleanliness and a well stocked condo. I want all of our guests to have a great time and become repeat visitors with 5 star vacations and memories in both of our condos.

Thanks so much for choosing our condo and leaving a 5 star review! We're never ready to leave either! I'm glad you had a great vacation and hope you can return.

Thank you so much for the excellent review! I truly appreciate you taking the time to let others know what to expect when they vacation in our condo 1411. You were wonderful guests, and I hope you can come back soon and enjoy another fun getaway. We appreciate you choosing our location for your Spring break. Thank you, have a great summer!

Wow, I truly appreciate your kind words and such a phenomenal review! Thank you for trusting us for your vacation and for letting others know what to expect when booking with us. You were great guests. I look forward to you all returning for another fun trip in the future!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a wonderful and very first review!. We worked hard to remodel 1411 and get it ready to rent by the spring, so we're excited to see guests enjoy our little slice of paradise. It's difficult to get started when being new on VRBO, even with many 5 star reviews on our other unit 1512. This truly means a lot to us and will let others know what they can expect. I look forward to hearing from you again. Thank you for being great guests and for being one of our first bookings!

Thank you for choosing our 1411 for your vacation space! I'm happy to hear you had a great visit and celebration. I never get tired of those oceanfront views, and I hope you can come back soon!

I love hearing that you had a wonderful vacation in our little slice of paradise! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a great review and to let other guests know what they can expect when choosing our VRBO. I would love to have you come back and make more memories with your family! Thank you!
