Beach Trip 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay. The only draw back is the HOA rule of only one parking spot allowed for a two bedroom condo. Makes it very difficult when traveling with four adults that drive two cars from areas.

The homeowners’ association does regulate parking availability, and at this time only one designated space is permitted per one- and two-bedroom condo. We understand this can be inconvenient for parties traveling with multiple vehicles, and we will continue to share this concern with the association. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th year staying at the Waters Edge Resort during our Labor Day Weekend Vacation. It never disappoints. Such a great place, with amazing amenities, right on the ocean. We have stayed in many different condos each year, and all are fantastic. Will be back Labor Day 2025.
