Near the beaches, and nautical activities. Three double bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms, large patio of 90m2 and garden. Very calm surroundings. Plenty of walks near the sea, with breathtaking views.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as described: beautiful, peaceful, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet area and is a great base for exploring the surrounding region on day trips.Communication with the host was excellent. We experienced one small issue during our stay, but it was handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.The only minor downside was that the upstairs bedrooms became quite warm. Opening the windows wasn't really an option because of the mosquitoes.Overall, we had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend this property.

Cottage near concarneau

The property was located in a peaceful wooded area off the beaten tracks. Well appointed and the kitchen in particular was well equipped.Two brickbats. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom was IN the bedroom with no privacy at night from one’s partner. The everlasting policy of having to drop different rubbish bags to various parts of concarneau every day was irritating. All in all, though, it was a delightful spot to stay with beautiful fishing villages to visit.

Chère Sue, je suis ravie que vous ayiez apprécié l'endroit et le calme de la nature environnante. C'est justement cet emplacement qui ne permet pas a la commune de relever les poubelles; et le point de dépôt n'est qu'à 500 m. Pour la SDB dans la chambre, c'est un concept pour lequel nous avons opté dans la nouvelle annexe en bois et qui permet de garder toute la lumière du jour. Les photos le montrent ainsi dans notre annonce. Pour la nuit, il existe une autre SDB avec WC, tout à fait indépendante, à l'opposé du salon. Merci pour votre appréciation et bon retour chez vous.

Location qui a correspondu tout à fait à nos attentes. Hélas nous sommes tombés sur une longue période de canicule comme partout en France et dormir au 1er étage a été assez compliqué, même équipés de nos moustiquaires de lit et de nos ventilateurs.Maison très agréable entourée de verdure et au calme très appréciable. Confort . Literie excellente.Tout était parfait. Peut être simplement penser à fournir des accessoires (pinces) pour le barbecue.

Jolie maison bien équipée et belle décoration, il manquerait un volet côté salle de bain dans la chambre du bas. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande pour la tranquillité.

Charming cottage

Sehr netter Empfang durch Marie. Das Cottage ist sehr hübsch und alles ist sehr sauber. Total ruhige Lage - aber trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Concarneau. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

calme et nature

le gite est bien(grande salle de séjour)malgré quelques defauts : 2 chambres à l'étage mais salle de bains et WC au rez de chaussé;lumiere du jour des 5h1/2 dans la chambre du bas;vaisselle et instruments de cuisine minimum ,tv un peu special: poubelles à transporter à 5 km pour les vider. Mais la proprietaire et ses enfants ont fait beaucoup d'effort pour nous rendre notre sejour tres agreable. Enfin nous avons passe trois semaines en pleine nature avec des animaux sauvages couranr à la lisiére du bois devant la maison.Finalement séjour positif

Cher Monsieur, Nous sommes bien désolés que vous voyez tant de défauts à notre gîte. L'annonce spécifie effectivement que les 2 SDB sont au rez de chaussée; elles sont neuves et absolument impeccables. En ce qui concerne la vaisselle, vous m'avez demandé une grande casserole pour cuire vos homards,, et je vous l'ai apportée, ainsi que des casse-noix pour les pinces, le soir même de votre demande. Il manquait, il est vrai, les fourchettes à huître. La TV est une TV connectée Samsung grand écran dernière génération. Je comprends que cela soit difficile pour vous de l'utiliser mais ma fille a passé du temps pour tout vous expliquer. Quant aux poubelles, un nouvel endroit de dépôt se situe à seulement 600m du gîte. Nous sommes juste à l'extérieur de la Ville et les camions de retrait ne passent pas ici, pour éviter les dépôts sauvages en bord de propriété. Quant à la lumière dans la chambre rose, je vous remercie de votre remarque et je vais ajouter un rideau au store nuit/jour qui ne semble pas suffisant. Je vous souhaite une belle fin d'été.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön am Waldrand gelegen und bietet einer Familie mit 4-6 Personen viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist gut und in der Küche sind alles notwendige Zubehör vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Familie de Servigny war außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend.

La maison est a la campagne, au calme, pas de voisins mais uniquement vue sur la foret. Tout est neuf, tres propre. Bien isolee et bien chauffée. Literie tres confortable.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passés superbes vacances de mois d'août dans cette maison adorable - décorée avec beaucoup de goût, toute refaite à neuf, les literies d'excellent qualité, comme touts les autres aménagements de la maison d'ailleurs. Un véritable havre de paix, entouré par la forêt magnifique. L' emplacement de maison est vraiment dans un point stratégique entre la mer et des villes à visiter absolument comme Concarneau, Quimper et Bénodet. L'école de voile à 10 minutes de voiture ainsi que les plages. Mais surtout nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et bienveillance de notre hôtesse Mme de Servigny. Nous recommandons vivement cette charmante location.
