I had no problems with communicating with the host; usually received a reply to my messages in an hour or so. The home was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and decorated very well! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We enjoyed our stay at the home very much and will book it again when we return to the area. Thank you for a very pleasant stay Dale!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Very roomy and rustic. We stay up this way every year for a bowling tournament and will guarantee that we will be back her next year!

The property owners were so amazingly kind and helpful! We were able to drop off my friend’s insulin well before check-in which provided such a peace of mind while we enjoyed our day at the PA ren faire. Will absolutely be putting this on the books as an amazing getaway!

We enjoyed staying at the Black Bear Lodge. The property was neat, clean and very well supplied. We appreciated the fact that it was just a short drive to the Middle Creek Nature Preserve.

It’s a nice area to stay. We had a fire at night and did s’more’s with the kids. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Husband enjoyed hot tub with jets for back.
