We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

Impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness.

Beautiful apartment tastefully decorated. A relaxing place to stay with beautiful views of the frozen pond and creek beyond. The location was minutes away from downtown Lititz and our extended family who live there. Highly recommend!

The home was spotless, cozy and inviting. The location was convenient to all the touristy things, but rural and refreshing. The hosts were lovely, provided an excellent notebook with info about the home and surrounding area, as well as coffee and snacks too! The best rental experience we’ve ever had.

This is a beautiful, spacious home with an incredible view of the pond. It is conveniently located near anything you might need, and the quaint, historic town of Lititz. Our host graciously provided several little extras that made this peaceful retreat feel so welcoming and comfortable. We highly recommend this VRBO!!!

Beautiful country setting

The Family Friendly Apartment is better than advertised. Hosts Harvey and Mary Ann could not have been nicer. The apartment had every amenity that you could envision and some that were above and beyond expectations. The deck overlooking the beautiful pond and all of the fall foliage was an extra treat. We look forward to another great stay for our next visit to Lititz.

Always a Pleasure — Highly recommended

This property is a beautiful, spacious apartment at one end of the owners’ home, with a separate parking area and separate entrance. There’s a big deck overlooking the pond and fields, and plenty of comfortable indoor space as well. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable — in short, it’s great.The location is ideal for exploring Lancaster County and the charming town of Lititz. Note that a car is needed, as the apartment is out in the country.Harvey and Mary Ann are lovely hosts, a pleasure to deal with.

A lovely quiet place in a pleasant setting

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at and the king size bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. Harvey was helpful and available. There is a nice spot on the other side of the pond by the river, where trees shade a grassy area and would make a lovely place for a picnic. On the pond itself we saw Geese with their gosling’s and find another day, there were 10 geese congregating on the little island. The town of Lititz is charming.

Just Beautiful

Everything was perfect. You are in the country but close to everything. Unit was comfortable and well supplied with cleaning and paper products. If there had to be one criticism is that there is no cable -just a smart TV. We already have our stay booked for next year.

Perfect not-so-hidden treasure

The location of the house is perfect, as it's far away enough to be serene but close enough to get to restaurants and major stores. The property host, Harvey, was very helpful from beginning to end and keeps the house neat and clean. The various attention to details throughout the house made our stay a perfect getaway. Plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking in, and the Keurig coffee was an awesome bonus. The house is on beautiful area next to a nice pond, and the deck with a roof made all the difference on a hot day. This is a must-return for us.

Clean, Cozy, & Super Scenic!

Harvey & Mary Ann's place was just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. And it was clear that a lot of thought went into every space to make the guest experience a great one. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of extra linens in the bathroom. Clean! And a good overall setup with the bedrooms separated from the main living area. The hosts were accommodating with a special request (re: checkout), and excellent with communications. A very warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. And you can't beat the peaceful view of the pond!

The perfect place to stay

This house was perfect. The house was very clean and spotless and they included all the amenities you could imagine. You could tell that the house was newly renovated, and all the appliances and furniture were new and high quality. The living area was very cozy and the perfect place for a weekend get away. Once you walked through the door you felt like you were home. The house was on a beautiful piece of property with views of the pond and farm land surrounding it. Just minutes away from so many activities and places to visit. The renters were very friendly and outgoing. They were very easy to get in contact with, and made sure that everything was perfect, and was willing to help if something was wrong. We enjoyed our stay very much here and plan on coming back on multiple occasions in the future. We would highly recommend it

A Beautiful Residence

My wife and I were totally impressed with Harvey & Mary Ann's home. It is a duplex, the owners live in the other half. The furnishings and condition are first-rate. Everything was provided. The owners met us the day we arrived and promised us anything we needed; although nothing was. The setting is beautiful; the pond especially. It is in the country, not far from Lancaster. My wife took sick (COVID?) so we left a day early. Harvey even reimbursed us for the last day, even though we didn't expect it. This is a great place for a family of 4. There is tons of entertainment for all ages. We really loved our stay. Larry & Susan

A Wonderful Place to Stay

This spacious apartment has been recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard. The large common room consists of a comfortable sitting area and an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen itself is well-designed and equipped for cooking. We really enjoyed making simple meals using the excellent local products. We slept very well on the two comfortable beds (king-sized and large daybed) (We did not use the trundle bed.) A particularly enjoyable feature of the house is the deck overlooking the pond. It is shady in the morning and gets plenty of sun in the afternoon. Harvey and Mary Anne are great hosts. They live on the premises and were very helpful when we needed them, while at tthe same time, having a separate entrance gave us our privacy. The area is full of fun things to do, and the apartment provides a great home base from which to explore. Highly recommended.

A long weekend get away in Lititz/Lancaster, PA.The town of Lititz is so charming. Home to Wilbur Buds Chocolate Factory and well worth a stroll around the town. The property is cozy and spacious. We enjoyed a 3 rd birthday with our granddaughter. Made breakfast and found the kitchen had all we needed. Comfortable beds and we all slept sound. The porch is very relaxing and a wonderful amenity to have. We will return and highly recommend.

Harvey and Mary Ann are wonderful hosts. The apartment was impeccably clean when we arrived. Having a full kitchen and a laundry was a real blessing. Our favorite memories are of sitting on the deck having morning coffee or watching the sunsets.

Perfect! Could not have been more please!

We stayed for 2 weeks so our daughter could attend a Scoliosis Treatment bootcamp at ScoliSmart in Lititz. Harvey and Mary Ann are delightful people. Their apartment is great! The layout is perfect, kitchen fully stocked and including grill. They are conveniently located to Lititz and all the Farmer's Markets. We don't like to eat out much. We bought produce at the markets & even the end of driveways nearby. Loved the asparagus, Brussel sprouts, fresh eggs and more. Mary Ann outdid herself when she baked us a fresh strawberry pie that was to die for. Also, the property is beautiful ...including pond and winding creek. We enjoyed viewing the sunsets over the pond from the balcony/porch. We found the local park and enjoyed daily walks. Two weeks away from home is tough. But here we were able to find a Rythm and found ourselves feeling right at home. We were so impressed by the whole area. Stunning!

Peace and Quiet 15 min from everything

Fabulous getaway.We just really enjoyed everything. The location, amenities and the owner greeted us upon arrival. We loved it so much we booked again for fall.Just one tip: Get groceries for any Sunday you stay. Very hard to find open restaurants, Dined at Cork & Cap-good food and excellent service.

Relaxing Vacation in Litiz

My husband and I along with friends, just returned home from a week at this beautiful rental. The property was exactly as it looked on VRBO. Harvey was a very accommodating host. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the geese and heron on the pond and sitting by the creek. The guys enjoyed fishing in the pond. We are looking forward to our next visit!
