Apartment in Carnac, quiet area, in a small condominium located less than 100 m from the sought after beach of Legenese. The centre of Carnac-Plage and its shops are approximately 750 m, the thalassotherapy also, the supermarket and the village of Carnac 2 km.

Auray and its station are about 15 kilometres away.



On the first floor, three-room apartment, with a surface of 75 m² comprising:



Entrance with console and storage.

Living room with equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer compartment, electric hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine) open to dining room, and living room with TV. Bay window opening onto a large west-facing balcony, partially covered. From this balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Quiberon.
