Enjoy this beautiful apartment in La Forêt-Fouesnant, less than 300m from the beach, with an area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, a coffee machine (Senseo)...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a double open dressing room
- A bathroom with shower and basin
- A separate toilet

On the mezzanine:
- A sleeping area with single bed (90×190) and storage unit.

Outside :
- A balcony (3m×1.5m) furnished and south facing to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in La Forêt-Fouesnant, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also stores, restaurants, bars, market ...

- Sailing (FFV school, sailing or motor boat rental)
- Cycling, golf, hiking
- Boat trip to the Glénan Islands
- Visit of the walled city of Concarneau, Quimper and its cathedral,...
- Stroll on the port in a pedestrian area

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the apartment.

- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport at 25.5 km (about 29 minutes by car)
