Your vacation rental includes, on the raised ground floor: a large entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed, 2 140x190 beds and 2 90x190 beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. A large garden of 650 m², a wooden terrace of 30 m² sheltered from the wind. Parking for 2 cars on the property. Lots of space and comfort for this detached house, located 400 m from the sea and 500 m from the town of Armor-Pleubian. You will enjoy Pors Rand beach 1 km away, a family beach with very fine sand. You are at the foot of the Sillon du Talbert, a unique site in Europe, a coastal strip of sand and pebbles jutting out to sea for 3 km, is a geomorphological curiosity… a must-see. Must-see visits: Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol, Tréguier, city of art and history, the Gouffre de Plougrescant. Take a break on the Sauvage peninsula, at the foot of the Sillon du Talbert! Beautiful rental for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, close to the sea.
