Petanque ground, swing and swimming pool will delight you.
You will enjoy direct access to the city center with its marina, its many restaurants, its small shops, its unmissable Provençal markets, thanks to a small gate at the end of the garden.
Very quiet villa in a luxury residential area.
5 minutes walk from Cap Rousset beach.
At the heart of a cove, it remains sheltered from the winds and waves.
Redeveloped into terraces, it is located in the heart of the marine reserve and is very popular with families.
Cap Rousset beach is located between the port of Carry le Rouet and the large beach of Rouet.
This sandy beach stretches out in a cove in an environment made up of pine trees. It provides a setting more in contact with nature than the other beaches of Carry le Rouet.
Note that we are in the Blue cost marine reserve.
In July and August, animators of the marine park make discover the fauna and flora of the coastal seabed free of charge along an underwater path.
This beach is supervised during the summer season.
Beaches and creeks
The town of Carry-le-Rouet offers a very wide variety of beaches: rocks, sands and coves extend over the "Côte Bleue". Respect and safeguarding the environment being essential, the classified tourist resort is continuing its efforts and perfecting its methods to protect its coastline and its bathing waters.

Calanque of the Fallen Stones
Near the Pain de Sucre, this calanque is known for the clarity of its waters, for the ochres of its cliffs surrounded by dense vegetation, sculpted by the spray. Very popular place for walkers, painters and photographers. It is located on the lizard path, you will discover superb panoramic views of the Phocaean city and the coast of the Blue Coast.
Hikes:
On the customs path, from the port of Carry, discover the Lizards path "le sentier du Lézard", a magical family walk punctuated with comments to help you discover the fauna and flora of this seaside.
Along the walk you will find 10 boards that allow you to better understand the biodiversity of the Mediterranean coast, the rare plants and the fauna that make up this particular ecosystem.
A walk that will please the whole family, but be careful, pushchairs are not welcome.
You can plan stops in full sun or in the shade and contemplate this breathtaking landscape in the heart of the Côte Bleue Marine Park.
The Blue Coast train:
Going for a walk in the creeks by taking the train, is it possible?
yes it is, with the Côte Bleue train.
The scenery is breathtaking! We overlook the sea, the beach, the small villages of Provence. And it's like that all the way!
The little train of the Côte Bleue passes under many tunnels which plunge us into darkness and a second later, the dazzling blue of the Mediterranean jumps out at us!
WOW! When you pass over these famous viaducts that you can see when you walk around and that you can even see from the city of Marseille, you have the impression that you are about to fall into the sea. erupt against the limestone rock seem so close. The train of the Côte Bleue spins on the rails and we then overlook the calanques which are deserved like that of Everine. By train, no need to make an effort to see its turquoise water. It is also without doubt the bluest spot on the entire coast!
This Côte Bleue train surely covers one of the most impressive panoramas on the Mediterranean.
Perfect for getting to Marseille but also for taking advantage of stops in the nearby creeks.
