The Péchicou house enjoys an ideal location to discover the natural, wild, oceanic and dynamic Landes. At the gates of the Marais d'Orx reserve rich in exceptional fauna and flora, just 8km from the beaches and the port of Capbreton, and close to the Basque Country and Spain, the possibilities are numerous; varied activities. Here in addition, you enjoy the peace and well-being of the countryside. This former 19th century farmhouse, completely renovated, has kept its historic character while offering the modern comfort necessary for your stay. We will be happy to welcome you for your stays with family, friends, or during your business trip and to allow people with disabilities to find a suitable place for their holidays. This gite is adjoining the owners' house. It has a private entrance and exterior with terrace, garden furniture, plancha and sunbeds. The ground floor is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. It consists of a large living room with dining area, lounge (TV, WIFI, wood stove), and fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood, micro -waves), a bedroom (with 2 electric 80x200 beds which can be made into 2 single beds or a double bed), a bathroom (Italian shower) with toilet, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) . The first floor includes 2 attic bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds), a bathroom (bathtub) with wc. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen as well as electricity, water, heating and wood are included in the price. Animals are not allowed except assistance dogs for people with disabilities. The cottage is located 1km from the town center which offers a restaurant.
