You will enjoy relaxing in the private spa installed on the terrace and enjoying a breathtaking view of the forest as well as the calm offered by the place. The golf course, cycle paths, lake, dune and all summer water activities are also easily accessible in a few minutes by bike. A unique marine and ocean getaway to plan with family or friends... In a haven of peace on the edge of the forest, this independent house benefits from: a private enclosed plot, with garden furniture and barbecue, plancha and a swing. A 4-seater outdoor spa (usable all year round) is installed on the covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the forest. Contemporary, bright and spacious, this seasonal rental is arranged on one level. It is composed of: a large living room with lounge area (flat screen TV, WIFI, reversible air conditioning, dining area and open equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, 1 filter coffee maker and 1 pod coffee maker), 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, 1 140x190 bed, 1 bunk bed 90 and 1 90 bed), air conditioning in each bedroom a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet, a storeroom (with washing machine and dryer), a garage (with multiple games table: table football, billiards, ping-pong, checkers, chess...).
