Very nice, fully renovated, AIR CONDITIONED SINCE 2024, functional and very well equipped 2-bedroom flat, 28 m2 + 8 m2 loggia, garden level, sleeps 4, located in the Les Restanques estate in the Gulf of St Tropez. Fully renovated and very well equipped. You'll enjoy a beautiful view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from this comfortable, peaceful flat, set in 25 hectares of landscaped grounds, including a 1,600 m2 pool area.
Set in 25 hectares of lush greenery, you will have access to 2 swimming pools (including 1 wave pool, jacuzzi and water slides), a lake, restaurant, mini-market, tennis/basketball/pétanque court, fitness centre, various activities in July and August...
The estate is located 1 km from the beaches of Grimaud / Port Grimaud, 10 km from Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne.
