Large 2 Bdr Downtown - AC & Terrace

A comfortable apartment with Terrace located in the Port area at two steps to the Place du Pin, a very lively area but the apartment is always quiet as it is in a quiet street.

IMPORTANT: following humidity problems, major work was carried out by the co-ownership in March 2025 and the apartment was repainted.



Welcome to our Apartment in the Harbor area,

Located on the second floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in one bedroom with comfortable double bed and closet, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room and access to the beautiful terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and Port Lympia’s stop is 400m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Riquier » is 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Visit to Nice

Fantastic flat and fab location, can 100% recommend. The flat is spacious, including balcony… super market just around the corner and 3 min walk down to the harbor.

A good place to stay, near old town and the harbour.

This spacious apartment is a good place to stay in Nice. It is close to public transport, the old town, harbour and local shops. The double bed is King sized, within a shuttered bedroom, separate from the lounge/kitchen. The door to the double bedroom is a plastic shutter and this room gives access to the outdoor space. It may not work for people who are a bit prudish as it makes the bedroom not so soundproof. The twin room has a solid door, so more quiet and private. The kitchen amenities are good, along with the bathroom. Hot water throughout the day and there is plenty of cooking equipment, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. The apartment is on the second floor, with steps and no lift, so may be tricky for people with mobility difficulties. We enjoyed our stay and having the outside space was lovely. The view is of the hills and no sea view, but a pleasant and safe community around. The twin bedded room was a little noisy as it backs ion to a main road. This wasn't a problem for us as once the windows are shut and the air conditioning was on, the room was fine. It would be more helpful if the door to the double bedroom was made more solid, to increase privacy. It was a bit difficult having the room keys in a separate venue from the apartment. it may be more helpful to have the keys available at the accommodation. It can be hard to navigate finding two new places in a new city, rather than just one.

Nous sommes restés 5 jours dans cet appartement de grande qualité. Très bien localisé dans un chouette secteur moins touristique de la ville où les commerces abondent. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé et il se distingue par sa grande terrasse. Les locataires de l'immeuble sont discrets et le quartier nous est apparu très sécuritaire.Le seul bémol, pour les gens de campagne que nous sommes (!), est que le bruit de la circulation routière qui y est très présent; un rond point tout près et une ville où les motos abondent. Un paire de bouchons a suffi à régler ce désagrément !
