The first floor has a fully-appointed kitchen, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of room on the couch. Open the curtains in the living room while relaxing, or cooking in the kitchen, for a magnificent view of the sugar-white sands and turquoise water of the best beaches that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The second floor has a queen size bed in one bedroom that overlooks 30A, while the other has a king bed, as well as a private balcony, overlooking the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Sol and Sea at Seacrest Town-homes on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Sol and Sea. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
