We had an extended weekend stay and really enjoyed the place, loved the yard and the hot tub in the back, spacious main living area with everything you needed!
We had such a great stay. A big thanks to Brittany who gave us a long list of things to see and do in the area, for fast responses, and for being very communicative during our stay. 10 out 10 recommend and will book again for our next trip! Not 1 complaint to be made house is advertised as it is.
Host was very prompt in her responses, the home was easy to get to, and an excellent location for attractions! Home lacked in cleanliness and was not well stocked. Not our favorite.
This house was conveniently located a couple blocks off the strip. Friendly neighbors and felt like home. We will definitely return. Great communication with the host.
Nice, clean house about 3 blocks from the strip. Quiet neighborhood with a pool. Easy parking for 2 cars. We rode a motorcycle down, but a small trailer and truck would fit also. Would definitely stay at the house if it is available next time.
My best friend and I really enjoyed the cinnamon cottage. We planned our trip around the cottage, because of it's location!! Once we arrived we were able to check in with out any problems. I had communicated with the property manger a few time before arriving, She was very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. The cottage was very clean and well kept, The hot Tub was a bonus!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will plan another trip to the cottage.

The host never once responded to a message. Only the automated messages came through. The mountains are cold this time of year, but this time it was unusually cold. When we arrived the heat was not turned on and it was 47 degrees when we arrived - with a toddler who was needing a nap. We were unable to stay there due to the cold temperatures and had to leave for a few hours until it warmed up again. Location is amazing however the property is poorly maintained and not cleaned well. I’m unsure why we are charged 130 for cleaning when dust and debris was everywhere.
The location with proximity to the main strip and in a quiet neighborhood was great. It is also across the street from the community pool which was nice. The house itself was ok. Beds were not comfortable, the king was super firm and the queen was way too soft and sunk in the middle. The crib was fine but didn't have any linens for it. Lack of additional towels. Arcade machine didn't work but not a big deal. Back door lock and door knob barely worked, front landscape/weeds were growing onto the front porch.
Peaceful quiet neighborhood, super close to all exciting things
The property was perfect for my husband & myself along with our 2 kids (ages 7&8). We've experienced the cabin on the mountains and driving the crazy roads before, we wanted a feel of our own place - something simple and close without driving for 20-30 plus mins to get somewhere.. This place was it! You never know what you'll find to do, but as a mom/wife having your own washer/dryer made doing anything so much more fun lol 😆 Loved how they had a regular coffee pot & keurig to use! The private neighborhood pool across the street was perfect. The hot tub was very nice & relaxing! I recommend bringing your own cooler, drinks & snacks to take with you as you never know what or where you'll go once you leave this house..not having to stop for a snack or drink everytime someones "thirsty" or "hungry" is time & money saving! Would definitely book this house again!!!

Okay; not fancy but not icky
Communication was not well with host. Asked her a question before booking & heard back later that day. But after I booked I had another question, I never got an answer for. Got the automated messages about checking/check out & that’s it. But it’s fine it wasn’t anything make or break. Property was in a really great little quiet neighborhood, yet close to town. Great location for real. Pool was great. If you are bringing a baby/lil toddler that needs a crib, bring your own pack & play. The crib they have is extremely and absolutely not up to current safety regulations. Bring extra pillows, we barely had any. Two itty bitty pillows on the king sized bed. They had extra pillows in the closet, but they all had yellow stains on them and were very flat/old. Hot tub was nice and warm when we got there, when you turn in the jets medium sized white particles were floating everywhere. Not sure what they were but have used a lot of hot tubs before and haven’t seen them. Could be nothing idk but was surprised. Overall it was an ok stay, probably wouldn’t stay at this specific cabin again, but would look at another place in the neighborhood.

The location was great. Close to everything, and quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was huge with a large deck, and appreciated after long walks in town. Ease of check in was good too. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need of you want to cook meals there. What I didn't like was the automated bot responses for a couple times I reached out with questions. The community pool is across the street but was closed on Memorial Day weekend. The standing video game is a perk that is useless because the outlet prong was broke off in the wall outlet, there wasn't enough towels for 6 adults that would be in and out of hot tub, showering, pool if it had been open, coming in from rainy days. There was 1 laundry pod there, which we didn't use, the washer had leaves and dirt around the rim which I cleaned but decided not to use. We went into town and bought towels. The gas fireplace was another perk that didn't work or needed a remote that we couldn't find. I asked about it and never got a response. As far as the check out rules. I'm not making a bed with all weekend slept on sheets or putting trash in a backyard trash can where we saw raccoons the night before, so I put it in the lockable one in front. The Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom is huge but is extremely slippery (and no, nothing was added to the water). The windows were huge and let a lot of sunlight in which was great. Beds were comfortable and I would recommend the house for location, big kitchen, hot tub.
We loved our stay! The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. We got up the next morning and the toaster did not work, but I notified Brittney and she brought me one that day! We would rent again! Great experience!

Why they chose this property
We love visiting Pigeon Forge and purchased Cinnamon Cottage to create beautiful memories with our family. We hope you will find joy and create memories so our home can enrich your life the same way escaping to the beautiful Smoky Mountains enriches ours. Our sweet cottage is filled with love and we hope you feel cozy welcome.
What makes this property unique
We love this property because it's its proximity to the Parkway, while still being quiet and cozy. The back deck features your own private Jacuzzi and the community pool (open Memorial day weekend through Labor Day Weekend) is right across the street. Just 2 blocks from a trolly stop and 3 blocks from the parkway, you're right in the middle of the action, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our friendly neighbors may say hello but will give you your privacy. You can enjoy time cozied up in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, or listening to Mill Creek flowing into the backyard.
