With a private entrance, the layout of this home includes three levels and 5 bedrooms all equipped with pillows, comforters, and a flat screen TV/remote. In this smoke-free, pet-free home, all bedding is protected with hypoallergenic zippered coverings. Occupancy is 16 including children. Also included is central air, free WI-FI, and an inside gas fireplace. The third floor features a king bed suite, a spacious bath with oversized walk-in shower, and a private bayside deck. This room also features its own HVAC system and a private laundry facility. A favorite of our guests, this is a true haven. The second level, main floor, is perfectly designed for your entire group to spend time together. The spacious kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances, Wolf gas range, quartz counter tops, and an oversized island that seats 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities including a Keurig station with water hook up, wet bar with stand-alone ice maker, beverage refrigerator, and a garbage disposal. The kitchen joins a spacious great room with open seating, large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. The great room leads out to an ocean front deck, the perfect place to dine and relax in the shade or sun. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. The first level includes a queen bed suite complete with private bath/shower and an ocean side deck, another favorite of our guests. Also included on this floor are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the queen rooms has a twin loft. A hall bathroom with bathtub and shower is available to all as well as a full-size laundry facility.
With parking at a premium at this ideal location, we offer three off-street, ground level parking spaces, one in the garage and two in the driveway with additional street parking nearby. Available for your use are 2 bicycles, beach chairs, outdoor gas grill, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water for use when coming off the beach. All decks are fully furnished. Each table has an umbrella. The owner provides pillows and comforters for each bed. Sheets and towels are NOT included. Don't wait to book this property for your ocean front vacation! Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES VARY CHECK LEASE. 3 Night Minimum-Off Season. Please note: Home is SMOKE FREE and PETS are NOT Allowed No Exceptions. This property accepts families only. Must be older than 25 to reserve the property. Looked for a property that could comfortably fit six adults and four children under 10. This home was ideal, adults all had their own bedrooms, the children loved the bunk room. Location on the promenade was ideal for children biking, etc. The house is well stocked and beautifully appointed. Would stay here again without any doubt!
