Excellent

The property is well maintained, and very clean and has a super location, with spectacular views. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bedrooms have king beds and amazing bathrooms. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our time there. The host was great.

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation 10 out of 10

We loved Luxe Bear Lodge for our 2023 Family vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful - clean rooms and bathrooms, upgraded kitchen for cooking a Thanksgiving Dinner for 16, comfortable theatre room, entertaining game room, two clean and pre-heated hot tubs, wrap around porch with amazing views of the mountains, more than enough caged trash cans (A must for a big family), etc....There were also some nice little touches that made our trip extra special - Christmas Decorations (Inside/Out), candy and popcorn in the game room, Smores and Cookies, Robes and Slippers in all rooms, plenty of clean quality towels, and cleverly packaged shampoo, conditioner, soap (Etc.) Katy and Bodhi were both absolutely amazing - they were kind, responsive, and accessible! I know they put in countless hours to decorate the home inside and out for Christmas - thank you so much Katy and Bodhi!! I really can't thank you all enough for giving my family such a memorable family trip. We did want to see a Bear - I guess that would be my only complaint. Thank you again to the Owners, Katy and Bodhi - you're amazing! Thank you!

Great stay - 2nd year in a row

This was the second time we stayed here. House is extremely nice and in a perfect remote location. It is a little inconvenient getting to a local store, but that’s the trade off for the remote nature of the location with no visibility to neighboring homes. Highly recommended booking for a large group!!

Family Vacation 2023

This home was perfect for our family!! We had such and awesome time!! We arrived and met Bodhi who gave us the details of the house. He was accessible when we needed help with one of the TVs during our stay. Everything in the house was as described online. The drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great!!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Luxe Bear Lodge LLC was created to offer ultra luxury accommodations with 5-star everything -for the pampered guests visiting Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

We set out to create the ultimate guest experiences and hired a dedicated full time “dream team”-offering designed trips, event planning, wedding coordinating, transportation scheduling, personal grocery shopping, gift shopping, gift wrapping, impressive spa amenities, stocked pantry, complementary firewood, theater popcorn, beverages and candy. We also offer daily housekeeping and turn down service for the most discerning guests.

Designing the mega stone -wood burning-fire pit was by far our favorite project. We also loved hand selecting all of the fine furnishings, plush mattress sets, designer bedding, fine bath linens, hand selecting game room favorites, redesigning the movie theater, finding the perfect spot for our 2 new/oversized hot tubs, and creating the gourmet kitchen. Yes, it has everything for the inspired chef in all of us. Our family loves to create timeless meals that are full of great stories, laughter, and endless memories for our guests and 3 children.

Luxe Bear Lodge became a dream come true and we love offering each guest a custom s’mores and a lifetime of memories.

We also love to hear all the great stories when the children find Winston the teddy bear on the beds.
