Beautiful cassine house in Port Grimaud South, a private area of Port Grimaud.
It is composedas follows:
- on the ground floor: a wide living-room with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, oven) and a shower-room with toilets.
- on the top floor: 1 masterbedroom with a double bed (160cm) and its private bathroom and toilets, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a third bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate shower-room with toilets.
A/C in the bedrooms and the living-room.
WIFI
LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED
A terrace and a garden on the river side with a South exposure.
A patio to park your car on the street side.
A 11m x 4m mooring down the house.

The beach is about 5 minute away from the house and the shops/ restaurants, about 1 minute away only.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttle in summer.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.
• Bed linen and towels not included in the booking. You can rent some in addition.
• Final cleaning not included in the booking. It can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
