We especially enjoyed the outside balcony space. The furniture was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed dining al fresco and listening to the music from Coligny Center in the late afternoon and early evening.

Family Trip with adult kids

This was a great place to stay with adult kids. Very short walk to the beach. Secure and covered parking. Close to shops and restaurants. Can easily bike or walk to lots of places. Would stay here again.

3 North Shore was a wonderful location, clean, comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful porch with comfortable furniture. Yummy restaurants within walking distance. And a BENGALS bar!! What's not to love!

Great condo in a perfect location

Everything about our stay was easy and effortless. The info from the property manager walked us through our arrival with ease. The condo was super clean, looked great, and had everything we needed. A short walk to many restaurants and shops, and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. We really enjoyed the balcony too, listening to music from across the street. Great vibes. We will be back!

Memorial Day

The property was great! The unit was located close to restaurants, shops and a very short walk to the beach. The parking garage was under the condo complex and required a code to enter. The unit had everything we needed including some nice extras like hand soaps at each sink. We would not hesitate to book this property again!

Unit is aging welll but needs some updating. The dining room carpet is a real trip hazard. Easy to fix.

The condo needs a good cleaning. Don’t expect beach towels or frying pans that don’t have the Teflon scraped off. Overall, I like North Shore Pl., but this wouldn’t be my choice of a unit to rent.
