Premium Luxury 5BR/4BA Villa near Hollywood Beach

Dear Jen, again, thank you for staying with us, we apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced during your stay. We wish you communicated to us at the time of your stay but unfortunately, you haven’t sent any communications while staying at the property for 7 days. We have a customer service team and the maintenance team on the ground to address any issues almost immediately during operating hours. Also, we would like to clarify a few misleading statements in your review for our future guests who will be staying in this 5-star villa. • We offer 2 sets of bath towels per bed (total of 14 sets) and 10-12 beach towels but if the larger group such as yours stays in the house, we can always deliver more upon request. • The AC is brand new and works perfectly. If you had any issues, all you had to do is to send us a message on VRBO and we would have assisted with the AC operation. • Water temperature is adjustable from cold to very hot in any of the 4 bathrooms so probably another example where assistance could have been requested on how to operate the shower handles. • The property is not advertising a hot tub. • The Cameras are not monitored and are for security purposes only. It states in our advertising that the cameras could be turned off upon request for guests that have privacy concerns.
