The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for culinary adventurers, complete with modern appliances and essential cookware. After a fun day exploring, retreat to your tranquil primary suite, your ultimate relaxation sanctuary, which includes a spacious walk-in closet and the option for a calming soak in the tub.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the Nashville popularity boom, construction has recently started near the home. You should expect some construction disruption Monday-Friday between 7 am and 7 pm.

With monthly pricing for extended stays starting at just $2,200/month, you won't find a more spacious or centrally located home in East Nashville. Note that for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, a refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged separately before check-in, while a $1,000 deposit will be reserved for stays longer than 6 months.
