Kids loved the loft space and fire pits. Great location for hiking and hitting the Gorge Underground. Bricks was good for ice cream and sky bridge station had an awesome burger. And bring able to bring the dogs was a great plus! Definitely recommend.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of nice touches that made the experience great! Would be nice to rent out multiple of the cabin units with a big group sometime.
My mom and I stayed in this beautiful little unit while the rest of our family camped at Natural Bridge campground. Red Wolfe Lodge was conveniently located to all of the activities we enjoyed. It was quiet and the beds were SO comfortable! It was just right for what we needed. Thank you for everything!
Clean and comfortable, and coffee was provided. These are efficiency units but great as a home base if your intention is to explore the nearby area. 10 minute drive to climbing in Muir Valley. Perfect if you’re after a hot shower and real bed after a long day at the crag.
My cousin and I stayed at this property. It is perfectly located compared to the red river gorge. The hosts gave us incredible restaurant suggestions, and even left a hiking map for us which guided our whole weekend.
Great place to stay. Host was very helpful and quick on responses. Highly recommend this place. Centrally located to hiking trails, food, mini golf, and the mountain parkway. Had plenty of grills and fire pits. Plenty of outdoor seating. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.
I stayed here and was greatly surprised! It was so cozy and the beds were so comfortable. They allowed my pet so that’s also a plus! I would absolutely stay here again and world recommend it to anyone!!
We had another great stay at this property! Everything was clean, they had everything we could need, and the owners were awesome to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back again!
We had a great stay. The cabin was very clean! It had exactly what we needed for our family of 3 to enjoy after a long day of hiking. It was nice and close to the parks. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!
We had a great stay at this location. The property is located centrally in the gorge. The hosts are super friendly and were even thoughtful enough to put up decor for my birthday!
Loved that they are animal friendly, as well. We can't wait to come back!
Property has everything you need including outdoor space with firepits and grills. It was nice they provided coffee and coffeepot, mini fridge, grill utensils, firewood and plenty of towels! Only wish there was a small couch for rainy days. Great hosts with great communication!
We've passed by RRG numerous times on our way home to visit family in VA and finally made the decision to check out the area as a "final hurrah" vacation before the school year starts - Jeff and Becky's place made our stay that much more enjoyable!
The cabin is centrally located for the both the RRG and Natural Bridge State Park - it was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was spacious and there was consistent hot water/good water pressure, the beds were comfortable and our daughter loved the loft space.
We also appreciated the welcome packet that Jeff and Becky provided - we followed their recommendations for both hikes and eating spots!
Would definitely recommend the Red Wolfe Lodge to friends and family!
Very clean, well kept. Loved the Ale 8 they left in the mini refrigerator (had never had it until this trip and I am now a fan!).
Easily accessible.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
This property was very nice. The cabin was nice and clean when we got there, and everything was ready to use. The location was also very nice, only about a 7-10 minute drive to the nearest trail in the Red River Gorge. The host's, Jeff and Becky, were also very nice and good with communication. I would definitely book here again.
The whole process of renting this property couldn’t have been any easier. They even let us check in early. The cabin was very clean and they left maps and brochures that listed trails in the area, places to eat, and different activities that are available in the area. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely book this property again in the fall!
The hosts were super sweet and welcoming! We appreciated the special amenities. We got to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and grills. Thank you for the firewood and lighter fluid!!! Just to be aware, the height of the ceiling in the bathroom/kitchen area is low for taller guys.
We had a great stay while spending time at the nearby off-road park. It was a tiny bit difficult finding the place but that was due more to me mis-reading the directions then anything else (I recommend using the Long/Lat coordinates that are sent to you). Other then that everything was perfect. We had everything we needed! There were other people staying in the adjoining places & we could hear them but it was quiet and not a bother at all. The place is small but the design made it spacious enough for us. I would recommend this property & would 100% stay again.

Very welcoming! Was given a head's up that pipes had frozen a day ahead, but that was fixed in plenty of time. I was glad to have the information, understand that sub zero temperatures aren't typical, and was ready with a contingency plan. (Glad that was not needed.)
The host had left strawberries and pretzels hand dipped in white chocolate as a welcome, many useful items- including scent free body wash! SO helpful. A special griddle and hot plate were available so we could make pancakes. . . a family camping tradition. Small fridge had a nice freezer for anything we needed.
My teen loved the loft. . . my friend's teen also!
If it had been warmer, the rockers on the deck would have been fabulous!! Many things in the common areas were well positioned for picnics and relaxation. We had two nights of clear sky for star watching. . . we spotted four planets. ;) Above and beyond the call. :) Thanks!!!
