Right in the center of Le Cannet, located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a very well maintained 1970s building, this welcoming and comfortable apartment with a modern decoration will give a relaxing, pleasant and warm side to your stay.
Covering an area of 70m2, completely refurbished, it will offer a holiday resort for all those who like to enjoy life.
1 minute walk from a bus stop, this apartment is located near many restaurants and shops and above all it will only take you 10 minutes by bus to get to the center of Cannes and the beaches.
A 19m2 balcony facing south will allow you to enjoy the sun from morning until evening with a dominant view of the old Sainte-Catherine district, the bay of Cannes and the sea. A garden table will make you have a good time, from breakfast to dinner, in an idyllic climate. A small garden lounge will also allow you to have an aperitif in the evening, in moderation of course, while admiring the magnificent summer fireworks display organized in July and August for the Cannes fireworks festival.
