Biggest issue is not handicap accessible. Could be cleaned better as well but was horrible. The washer did break while we were there but got fixed really quickly. Beach access was perfect!

This place was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice as it was way nicer than I expected. Plenty of room for the family and private areas to take breaks. We loved all of the ocean views and will definitely be back to stay again.

This house was great. Lots of room and looks just like the pictures. Folly Beach is really fun. Close enough to Charleston while still being its own thing. Highly recommend it!

We have five couples who travel once a year for a trip and the house is perfect for us! Right on the beach as advertised. The outdoor areas were very nice to hang out. The location was amazing! Highly recommend.

Great location and great house. We had a great time and this house had everything we needed. Was a great location (right on the beach) for surfing and not a far walk from the main strip in Folly Beach.

Good news bad news..good news..great location right on the beach. Beach was wonderful. 5 BR and 5 BA was great. No elevator. Bad news..due to cleaning was delayed getting into house for almost two hours. Lower rack of dishwasher would go off the track. Window broke but a quick fix by the handy man.At times the AC could not keep up for a few days it was 79 degrees on the main area was uncomfortable

These type of things can happen but we apologize it occurred on your arrival day. In the future if you have any AC issues while you're here please let us know. We haven't had any AC problems this summer but were unaware you experienced issues. It can definitely get warm in Charleston in late July! We hope you were pleasantly surprised by all of the renovated bathrooms and decor that were added after your booking. If we can help in the future please let us know.

Great location for reasonable price

Excellent location, spacious house with stunning views. Furniture is not the most up to date, but absolutely fine and for the reasonable price I would not have expected more. Would recommend without hesitation.

“Surely” is surely a great!

Spring Break 2025

We have stayed at Folly beach once a year for at least 10 years! The teens said this house was the best one ever!! Location was perfect, layout was great and with plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy their own personal space. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing and the deck was perfect for morning coffee and lunch. We would absolutely LOVE to stay here again!

Perfect for our family.

Roomy, lots of beds and baths, good for our big family. Lovely location, great porch for dolphin and pelican watching! perfect for elderly folks: they can be outside and see the ocean without a lot of effort. Good open kitchen/dining/living area.... we could all be together without being on top of each other.
