Relax in this beautiful new single-story wooden house 250 meters from a very beautiful beach of fine white sand, and 300 meters from the town center and the GR34 hiking trail.



Its advantages: a 5-seater spa with 68 jets and an outdoor shower in a cozy, quiet, and relaxing setting. Sheltered south-facing terrace with a very welcoming artificial grass area.



Available at no extra cost: paddleboard, kayak, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers.



Optional cleaning fee: €150





The house has a brand new fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, open to a large living room of 55 m² including a wood stove, 3 bedrooms including a master suite. Sleeps 8 in total: 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed and 2 bunk beds of 90x200. 1 baby cot available if needed.



We remain available at all times if needed. We can communicate via SMS, phone calls, emails.



Very quiet and low-traffic area, located between the town center (300 meters) and Théven Beach (white and fine sand) at 250 meters.
