Great property

Our extended family met here for the holidays and had a great time. The house was clean and everything worked as advertised, we particularly enjoyed the hot tub. 10/10 would recommend, and stay there again.

We stayed as part of a ladies weekend! Everyone in our group thought the house was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space and bathrooms for all. The hot tub was a big plus and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We'd totally stay again and felt it would be a great option to come back with the kids.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked though we didnt have enough coffee mugs, The property looked out on to the water, and had a beautiful view, but it was not possible to walk to the beach unless you wanted to go through reeds and swamp with lots of bugs. The house was on the main street and traffic was quite heavy. You could not hear it unless you were on the roadside of the house, which most bedrooms were. The hostess was vey accommodating.

Best Bear Lake Accomodations

Property is amazing with beautiful views and so many places to sleep we were never without backup options, but what makes this a fantastic stay is the top notch hosting. Highly accommodating, understanding, and immediately responsive. I've stayed on Bear Lake at many properties and my advice is if you are considering this one, stop looking and book it, you will not be disappointed.

Trip to Bear Lake

Loved the house. Loved having the lake so close. From the photos I thought there was sand and beach area in the back yard but turns out its marshland. We had an amazing trip.

It was amazing!!, there is a hot tub on the back. It also has the best view!. It also includes a club house!. There is so much space!, it also has a game rm upstairs!. It was the best vacation stay

Was an amazing vacation would definitely go back! Only thing was the pictures are very old and need updated for outside. The lake was not accessible and that’s what attracted us to the property. Other than that the house was perfect.

Amazing view, great accommodations and great hot tub & Gaga ball pit. All ages had a great time. I would have given 5 stars, but when they say no beach access, they mean no beach access. There is about 300 yards of marsh between the house and the lake. The hosts were very responsive when we had incidental needs. We highly recommend staying here.

Great place for a large group

This is a nice property with a good location close to Garden City. We enjoyed the space and everyone could have their own room and the kids stayed all together in the room above the detached garage. The hot tub was a big hit. There is no beach here though and it is marsh all the way to the water. The view is nice though.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a beautiful view of the lake and had such a relaxing time, The listing was a little misleading as we thought the king bed was in the room above the outside garage. We planned to have the kids sleep in the room with the 2 bunks beds but upon learning that was the room above the outdoor garage, we were no longer able to put all the kids alone in that room. The outdoor room had lots of big spiders and cobwebs. Other than that we truly enjoyed our time!

Plenty of room for a family reunion. Lovely views but no lake access. The house had nice updates and a good kitchen area. The back deck had good evening shade. I did have to miss 2 days of boat rental time waiting for AC and ice maker repair people. Not my idea of vacation. The home could use a little better maintenance but we had a good time. The road noise was pretty loud, but calmed down later at night.

We had the very best time!! Did an awesome family trip to my favorite place for my birthday! The windows on this house are my favorite the view is absolutely incredible. Really loved this house and location is sublime. Its big and spacious and perfect for lots of people! The only negative was having to walk thru the weeds and all the sinky mud to get to the water. But we had our jet skiis and were able to dock them with weights. We also had a paddle board and two canoes. So it wasnt a huge deal for us. But other than that part everything was absolutely perfect would definitely rent again !

Beautiful lake view!

Lovely home with beautiful view of Bear Lake. The large deck and hot tub are great. We were disappointed with the lack of lake access and outdoor play area. Directly off of the deck was marshy and muddy. A longer boardwalk would be very helpful. The house was was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was fabulous framed by the enormous wall of windows. It would be nice if they had blinds because the morning. sun floods the room with light making it impossible to sleep. One more suggestion would be to upgrade and add.to the kitchen equipment , like a hand mixer and bread knife and some staples like cooking oil.

Beautiful view, good house, fun little extra above garage loft, lots of beds and bathrooms. The street is very busy and noisy during the day, and the windows don’t seem to block any sound/ not really sound insulating at all. Minimal furniture, could use some more places to sit in bedrooms and lounge around the tvs. I had 3 specific concerns I mentioned to the manager and she appreciate the info and said they’ll address those issues asap.

Everything was great, clean, clear instructions and descriptions of the space.Listing could be explicit about the inability to have lake access - it’s a swamp to the waters edge.Part of the deck is in need of repairs, with loose boards and screws that can stick up. Use shoes or walk carefully.
