This coastal themed home was recently remodeled, and is the perfect spot for a family vacation, taking a cruise, watching a rocket launch, laying by the pool, going to the beach, or going to the Orlando theme parks.

Why they chose this property
This property is a real hidden gem in Merritt Island. The property has a real tropical feel as there is a large nature preserve behind the house with lots of native tropical plants and trees. The screened in back porch and pool make for a great relaxing vacation spot.
What makes this property unique
This house is very well cared for and loved, not your typical vacation rental. Our homes are fully stocked with everything you need. Our cleaning staff is absolutely amazing!
