Welcome to "The Big Secret House," your private, one-of-a-kind beachside escape! Nestled on a secluded half-acre at the end of a private road, this 3,500 sq ft home offers the ultimate retreat. With lush landscaping and natural habitat surrounding the property, you'll enjoy unparalleled privacy and serenity. This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests, making it the perfect destination for large families or groups.

Spacious & Thoughtful Layout:
With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The three master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, are located on the upper level, providing a quiet retreat. Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs, and every room includes a flat-screen TV for your convenience.

The Ultimate Entertainment Hub:
Step inside and discover endless fun. The spectacular Theater/Arcade Room is a highlight, featuring a HUGE screen for movies or TV shows, a classic arcade machine with 3,000 games from Pac-Man to Frogger, and both Xbox and Wii systems with over 100 games each. The room also includes a dart board, board games, and a full-size SkeeBall machine. When you're not in the game room, enjoy one of the 10 large-screen TVs with cable and Roku, or take advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used bedding (sheets, pillowcases & quilts) & start a load of laundry. Rinse sand from all beach gear & return to the porch. Place any moved furniture back in its original spot.
Bag all trash & place in green bins under the stairs. Take bins to the stop sign at the end of the road. Please dispose of open food. Unopened items may be left for the cleaning crew.
Set both AC units to 78°F. Please leave TV remotes with their TVs & game remotes in their holder. Consider leaving a tip for the cleaning crew. They work hard!

Great family trip

We celebrated a 70th birthday with a big family trip, and the pool was our favorite part! The beach was also great, we loved going for the sunrise and then back again in the evening. We had children ages 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 & 13, and they all had a blast. The ski-ball was a big hit. Plenty of room for everyone.

Lovely stay enjoyed by all!

A well deserved break for the family after a stressful year... thoroughly enjoyed the house which was as beautiful as photos. Great location and facilities were fantastic. The pool and hot tub just made it so relaxing and fun. We will be back next year!

Perfect for our extended family

Fantastic spot for our extended family of 11 ranging in age from 9 to 80. The pool and tub were fantastic; a quiet beach was a short walk, and it was very convenient to Disney and Kennedy Space Centre. No complaints.

Family vacation

This house was what my large family needed. It had all the amenities to make a family vacation for ages 1 yr to 62 wonderful. The pool area was very slippery so we had to be very careful walking I would definitely recommend

Always love staying with Linn! Great experience and this house has everything you’ll need. Plenty of water toys, beach cart, beach canopy, etc. We found ourselves at the hot tub every night both times we have stayed. Overall great host/house!

We could not have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did. Owner extremely responsive! House impeccably clean. So comfortable and more room than expressed. Oh, and our daughter got engaged while we were there!

One of a Kind

I gotta say this place has had a lot of thought and effort put into the designing and upkeep. It’s very creative and the atmosphere is great! Home theater and arcade were a big hit and kept the kids busy, when they weren't outside in the pool and hot tub. My family and friends extremely enjoyed the place - hands down. We will definitely rebook in the future I had a great time and Linn was very communicative about everything!

Remarkable House for a Great Vacation!

Linn’s place was fantastic. We had a great stay. The house is spacious, in a great location and very clean. The pool is remarkable. We particularly enjoyed the privacy of it and how hot the jacuzzi got. And the house had everything you could imagine, even Xbox, Wii, a cupboard full of games, dvd's, books and toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds and bedding are lovely. Everything has been thought of and there are nice, extra touches to the house. We would love to stay there again. Thanks Linn!

Versatile Property, Convenient Location

This property was conveniently located to be able to do many things in Cocoa and Canaveral as well as crossing back into central Florida. The property also had many different sleeping options that can adjust to whatever the makeup of your group is. For us we had 4 different family units with the youngest generation spanning from 9 to 22. There were enough options for everyone to have a space to sleep, and to spread out doing different activities too.

the hostess was the best. there was a family emergency and she was able to accommodate our questions without hesitation. the home and pool were perfect for our family-the kitchen allowed us to feed the group very well. Tremendously enjoyed the hot tub and pool-bug free! There is so much more to add-so check it out yourself. And don't forget to say Hi to the manatee in the driveway!

Lovely property

The house was lovely with plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us. The pool and all the landscaping were beautiful. The only thing is, if you have mobility issues, it is difficult to get in and out because the steps are rather high. Fortunately, I had people that could help me. The only other negative was my own fault because I did not read the listing as closely as I should have and even though the house will sleep 16 people, you need to know there is an extra charge for over 12 guests. The owners were awesome in assisting us with anything we needed and I highly reccomend this property for your vacation in Cape Canaveral.

Perfect week getaway

We had a wonderful week at Linn's property! Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) appreciated the open floorplan for group hangouts, as well as the outdoor area for lots of pool fun. The home was large enough, where people could spread out if desired, though. Proximity to beach was fantastic--we typically drove and could usually find a parking spot. Loved all the peacocks! Cocoa Beach was a short distance away and Kennedy Space Center was about 20/25 min. The home itself was clean and well-stocked with towels, a starter set of soap/shampoo/dish soap/tp/paper towel, beach chairs, and pool toys. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Would definitely recommend! Our group is already considering renting again next year :)

Great home for families!

We loved Linns house! We spent the majority of our time in the pool and hot tub. We loved hanging by the pool and grilling. The yard was spacious enough for the kids to run around and play sports. The house itself was also very spacious so it never felt crowded with our group of 13. We did enjoy heading to the beach close by. We had a group of 7 kids 9 and under and the walk to the beach was a little bit too much for our group so we usually drove. Parking was hard to come by but could have been because during Spring Break. The kids loved all the peacocks in the area. Close to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Our kids wanted to stay another week! If you are looking for a quieter area with a great backyard space, this is the home for you!

Cape Canaveral 2023

The house was absolutely perfect for the 13 of us. Having 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms was exactly what we needed to make this a grand vacation. The house is a little dated but everything was functional. Very spacious. The pool was great and the safety fencing was such a relief to have since two of my grandchildren could not swim. Linn was great to work with. Very responsive to text questions. The walk to the beach is a bit much with beach gear and little ones and parking is limited at beach access but we made it work quite nicely. A golf cart would have been great to have with the house rental. The “resident” peacocks are amazing. House was clean and well equipped. Thanks to Linn for fulfilling my dream of a family beach vacation!!

Excellent Accommodations Near the Beach

The stay at Linn’s property was perfect - lovely pool and backyard, ample space for family, a short walk to the beach, well appointed kitchen, and quiet. Before checking in, Linn was smooth and timely with her communications. Upon arrival, we found the property very clean. The three upstairs bedrooms with en suites made for great privacy, and the upstairs living area was perfect for the little ones to play games and stay entertained when they weren’t in the pool. With two small children, the pool kept them busy and sleeping well at night. In addition, we all had a peace of mind by using the safety gate in the backyard to isolate the pool. While in town, we enjoyed most meals at the house. The grill in the back yard worked perfectly for cooking some fresh cut filets, and Linn had multiple wine keys/openers for the wine. There were also a nice selection of knives, cutting boards, cookie sheets etc. which kept meal preps going smoothly. We walked down to the beach each day, less than 10 min from the house. The stretch of beach there is very nice - I went for a 6 mile run which took me down to the Cocoa Beach pier…and offered views of the nearby launch pads. We also slept great, and found the home was quiet and fairly private…the pool is surrounded with tropical trees/bushes that isolate it nicely. Thanks again for great communication and a very enjoyable stay!

Screened in pool and warm water was terrific for the kids and the adults. Host could not have communicated any better. Will stay here again if we decide to come back to this area and we probably will. Love the area - not a high tourist area which was great and of course the space center and rockets blasting! Overall we had a terrific stay!

We had an amazing stay. This beach house is the perfect getaway. We truly couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Super grateful for the trip and stay we had! Location is great. Beach access is so easy and the beach itself is private. The house itself worked out great for our group. Plenty of room, super clean, has all the amenities you need. Would 110% recommend.

A very nice property for our family vacation. Plenty of room, excellent pool and yard, nicely stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed, multiple TVs and unique game area. The setup accommodated our youngest children with lots of fun toys.

This home was great for our extended family trip! There were plenty of rooms/beds for everyone. There are 3 rooms on the main level for anyone who cannot do stairs. There were so many fun things to do at the house that we stayed busy the whole trip. The beach is about a 15 min walk through the neighborhood or a quick drive down to the end of the road and there are a few parking spots. There was plenty of space at the beach since it’s all residential and not over crowed like how some hotels are. The pool was the hit of the week with all the ledges, hot tub, and deep end for some cannon balls! And the shaded dinning table was perfect for us to all hang out together!
