The property was exactly what my family reunion needed. We got to all stay together in one beautiful home, swim in the ocean, enjoy the pool, relax in the abundant seating areas, play games and pool!

Check-in and out was a breeze. The beach view was amazing and we even got to watch a launch. The pool was perfection. The towel situation was the best I have ever had at a vrbo. Towels for days and even tons of beach towels. I highly suggest everyone to pick this one. The only warning I have is that it is asked not to turn thermostat down past 73. Even with the ceiling fans some of us had a hard time sleeping bc it was just so hot and still so if thats a concern bring some fans to maybe see if helps.

Beautiful home, pictures do not do it justice! Equipped with everything you would need! Our large family enjoyed this spacious house, plenty of room for everyone! We all enjoyed the beautiful beach and the kids had a great time surfing! The large pool was great after a day at the beach! Highly recommend this home and the host was very accessible by phone/text.Thank you for a great week, we hope to come back!The Anderson family

This home is amazing and extremely well stocked! From the kitchen to the amount of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys and more - we had plenty for our big group! Everything is up to date and the location is great! The pool was super clean and all the outside areas were great! The home comfortably fits several families. Definitely worth it!!

This is an excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The house and property have wonderful spaces to relax by the beach or pool. And the living area and kitchen are perfect for a large group. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Our group would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at the Stina House! It is even better than the pictures! The views of the ocean are beautiful and it's an easy walk out to the shore. We loved that all main stuff is on the ground level so that my mother in law did not have to use any steps. The house has a large kitchen and a spacious living area. Everyone was very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the location of the home is perfect. We are thrilled to have found this gem and hope to return again in the future. I should also add that the hosts are fabulous. As a fellow STR host, I was impressed by their quick responses and wonderful hospitality.

My host, Fran was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful. And she always replied promptly to my questions. Our stay was wonderful and the house (property) is beautiful! Will definitely consider coming back. Loved all the open space and proximity to the beach.

This property is beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location. The hosts were wonderful, and the house had every amenity one could expect. Cocoa Beach is an ideal place for a relaxing family vacation. We even watched a couple of rocket launches from the beach!

Perfect in every way. If you have kids that want to switch up from beach to pool to house at a moments notice, this is the place for you. Just steps to the beach. Home was immaculate and owners were extremely responsive.
