The kitchen is fully stocked including 12 cup coffee pot, crock-pot, mixer, blender, microwave, cookware, bake-ware, and dishware. We also provide extra linens, for long-term guests. The apartment has, Roku TV, key-less entries on building and apartment door, security cameras on the large covered front porch entry, and large parking lot in back off alley. The apartment has washer and dryer in unit and AC throughout.
The 4 unit apartment building is in downtown Monroe close to everything.
