Inside there is s stack washer and dryer in the apartment, microwave, appliances, keyless entry, 43” HDMI 4k Wi-Fi ready TV, internet, utilities, linens, dishware, cookware, bakeware, and cleaning supplies, toilet paper, soaps, and paper towels to get you started.

There is parking in the street or in back via the alley where there is a 40 x 30 private stone lot. The bedroom features twin over full bunk bed, a large closet, dresser with mirror, and 100% blackout curtains and shades. The bathroom has a tub and shower. You take the trash and recycling to the curb Tuesday night and return cans please.

Close to downtown bars, restaurants, museum, and seasonal festivities. Just a walk or bike ride to many parks, War Memorials, River Raisin National Battlefield Park, for the War of 1812, Sterling State Park, fishing on the river, the YMCA, river walk, and more are just blocks away. Only a few miles from I-75, US-23, M-24, M-25 and blocks from downtown it's perfect for a short-term stay!

What a charming place
